The bedroom configuration is flexible, with a master with Queen and BIR, and a second bedroom containing a tri-bunk and a King single. There is a family bathroom with shower and a second bathroom next to the games room in the converted garage. This also houses the laundry for your convenience.

Culburra is a popular holiday destination, renowned for its long stretch of beach. A hit with surfers and swimmers alike, it offers a multitude of water activities. Near the property is the coastal Lake Wollumboola, a lovely spot with its protected waters, stunning waterfront walks and natural flora and fauna. Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse is also worth a walk to, providing far-flung vistas.

In terms of eateries, Culburra Beach village is just a short distance away with a range of options including The Common South Coast, The Little Snapper, Burra Beach Eats, Em's Place. Loco Lane, Chinese, fish and chips, Italian. There's a thriving café culture and several shops to browse. There is also a Woolworths for food shopping.
