Step onto your private front porch with chairs and a swing to relish your morning cup of coffee in the sweet island breeze. Slip inside to a bright and cheery space as you enter a cozy seating area perfect for diving into a good book. The living area just ahead is surrounded by a flat screen TV for movie and game nights together. Craft up your meals together in the fully equipped checkerboard kitchen and enjoy quality time around the dining table for 6. This unique retreat has just been refreshed with stunning new furnishings to complete your stay in Paradise!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Fall into a sweet slumber in your queen guest room with an en suite full bathroom with a shower tub combination. A guest room with two twins that can convert to a king bed upon request offers an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Step outside to the poolside cottage equipped with a king size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a shower, desk, microwave and coffee maker for your enjoyment. A sofa sleeper is located in the living room for additional guests with convenience to a powder room just off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Let your worries melt away as you fully embrace your island surroundings in the peaceful outdoor space with lush views all around a private, heated pool. Rinse off the day in the outdoor shower, then grill poolside with a cocktail in hand as you make plans for your evening out on the town.

PARKING...
One parking space is available making coming and going a breeze!

PETS...
Dogs are permitted and a pet fee is required.

BEACHES...
Higgs Beach is 0.8 miles.
Smathers Beach is 2.4 miles.
Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is 1.6 miles. (Entry fee required as it's a state park with a self tour of the fort and biking/walking trails)
Chairs and umbrellas can be rented at all beaches.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. A group of girls stayed here for four nights, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place was spotless. It had everything we needed. Lots of bathrooms and a great backyard pool. Close to everything we walked everywhere and WHITNEY. Our host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Property was nice. Few broken items, but nothing major. Iguanas are out of control in the trees and after speaking to many, there are things that can be done to control the population. Which I feel needs to be done. They came right up to the pool when we were in it to drink the water. One even swam with us. Freaky!! The pool was very nice when we didn’t have uninvited guests. The cottage was our favorite. The area is not great. It’s not a pretty location. No nice beaches. The smell on the south side is unbearable. Stay on the north side. Thank goodness we had a pool. There are lots of food options within walking distance. The whole Island is only about 1-2 miles wide.

Regarding the iguanas, they are part of the natural environment in the Florida Keys, but they are not typically an issue at this particular property. We will continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate steps if needed. As for comments about seasonal sargassum and local environmental conditions, these are outside our control. We understand that every destination isn't the right fit for every traveler so we truly appreciate you sharing your personal perspective. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback!

The house was perfect! Mom loved her private bungalow room. The pool was fantastic nice and warm on a cooler evening in January. The located is great. Loved that there is a butterfly garden right next door. Super special place. The property manager was responsive to all our needs and questions. We did rent a golf cart as some of our party is less mobile than others so the walking was tough for them, but not to much for the average person.
