The location was great and overall was a very nice place to holiday. Lounge area was great, bedrooms nice and there was plenty of space for four people. The outdoor covered dining area was not very clean and smelt musty so we didn't use it at all. We had a problem with the shower but it was fixed very promptly by the agent.

Relaxing stay away from it all

Neat and tidy inside some cupboards and dishes where dirtyBackyard was stated dog friendly ok for bigger dogs little ones can get through the gate. Broken glass behind outside

Hi Kerryn, Thanks for your feedback, appreciated. This property is an older, and as such, more affordable option for accommodation, something that a lot of people like. Thank you for letting us know about the glass outside, it is the first we have heard of it and will have a team member look at it to see what is happening there (it would have been great if you had let us know during your stay and we would have had it sorted at that point). At the back end of the season properties are in need of a deep clean, something we are in the process of arranging now with Easter behind us. We're sorry that you only considered it 'OK' and we hope you can join us for a 'Great' stay next time.

Vincentia holiday

Pros and cons listed. Pros - location is good, can walk into town and to the beach, we spent all day down the beach and only came back so our son could nap. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is good as is the lounge. Easy check in. And good Linen. Cons - the property doesn't meet the listing, obvious strategic photography. For a holiday home they could use some up keep. It is not a secure yard. I had to use a ratchet strap to lock the side gate. Their was also alot of holes in the fence and fence pailings missing and bricks thrown in to fill gaps in the fence. The other fixed side fence was almost fallen over. Not impressed by this at all. Their was also Large bricks just thrown up in the corner which wasn't pleasent to look at and neither was the disused outhouse toilet. Just remove it. The grass was over grown could have been mowed. The alfresco was dirty, benches covered in dust and the floor dusty, sandy and had leaves blown in. The flywire doors were broken and weathered. The blinds were old and we were to hesitant to pull them up. The front deck table left black marks all over you when you touched it. We washed it but it didn't fix the problem. The kitchen cupboards were dusty as was under couches and beds and the bathroom vanity. Their is no way the property was cleaned before out arrival. The aircon was difficult to turn on and off. Overall it was a good holiday as we were out all day but I am disappointed in the listing and I would not recommend.
