Great little getaway
We stayed over the July 4th weekend. We were close to everything and a pool right across the street. The condo was very clean and the decor was nice. Patio faced the golf course. No complaints and would definitely go back.

Reviewer Comments:
Spent five nights. Condo was very nice. I had been told the condo's were dated but I didn't find that to be true. Barefoot Golf is great. From the time you pull up to the clubhouse until you get back in the car, they are taking care of you. Strongly suggest you book a golf trip to Barefoot. My only knock on the condo, is I would have liked to have the first morning coffee and more garbage bags.

Thanks for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay in Barefoot. All of the units are individually owned so all units are different. We do supply paper products to get you started but we do not replenish.

The rental very nice, with the exception of the noise from the unit above all hours of the night and morning. ( 12to 4am) 😳 We regrettably had to contact the police! We still intend to come back next year!

Excellent unit for a family of four. We love everything this unit offers. Love how the owner and rent management keep this place very neat and clean. Whenever we stay at this unit, it feels cozy, comfortable and hope any renters take care of this place as they should. We can't wait to return again in the foreseeable future.

We have been renting from NMB for nearly a decade, and as always meeting our expectations. Despite renting at the last minute, NMB always willing to accommodate us. This unite we rented this summer had everything we needed, and was conveniently accessible to features we look forward to enjoy a relaxing time away from home. Our only minor dislike was the owners above the unit. They were extremely loud and inconsiderate of their noise level. While we reported to NMB, we were told that bc they aren’t a rent unit, that couldn’t do much about it. Other than that, the unit was implacable clean, (as it should always be) welcoming, and beautiful.

Reviewer Comments:
The property was very clean and decorated very nice. The people upstairs kept us up every night as you could hear them walking across the floor. It was not that they were loud but every step that was taken you could hear the floor creak and they were up until 2 or 3 am. I would recommend this property other than that and the unfriendly, unhelpful property management woman.
