Quiet and Comfy

Perfect for 2 couples. Super clean, well stocked, very quiet. We enjoyed driving around the island and taking in the beautiful beach. Lots to do in Charleston. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place!

This was a great place for our trip to Seabrook. The location was close to the club and other amenities. It was clean, up to date, kitchen was stocked appropriately, and the welcome basket was certainly a nice touch. I would highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of visiting Seabrook.

Great Stay

Condo was a central location on Seabrook, quiet, very clean and quite comfortable. Just as the picture showed! Everything you could want for was there. No issues at all and good communication with hosts. Thank you!

Despite several unforeseen maladies, trip went very well. We were all happy. Unfortunately, we were not aware to open the screen door, & the keypad is on the main door inside the screen door. The pad was programmed incorrectly, which held up our getting into the place (fortunately, a patio door was ajar, & we gained access). Manager was very accommodating. TV lost connection, but simple reset fixed. A/C went out, but because someone before us took batteries out of t-stat for remote! D’oh!

Lovely Home!

This villa was easy to find and decorated with great style. It was two of us and a 10 lb Dachshund named Scarlett. The master bedroom bed was comfy and we slept well. There was simply nothing to not like about this place.

Wonderful week on Seabrook Island

The condo was wonderful --- spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfect size for a week.There were two of us for 3 days and then 4 of us for 4 days. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms met our needs. The back porch was nice to sit on, when it wasn't too cool. It was quiet around us. We enjoyed walking on the beach and in the neighborhood. The host was very attentive and always available if we had questions.

Wonderful stay at Seabrook

What a wonderful stay. The unit was well decorated, stocked kitchen, offered extra towels and beach towels, and had welcoming snack basket which my kids LOVED. The condo was very clean and had a fun relaxing and refreshing beachy theme. The owners (Amy and Ollie ) were so easy to work with, communicated quite quickly with any questions we had and accommodated any extra requests we had! I would stay again and would highly recommend this particular unit. The whole process from booking, to check in and check out were easy and not stressful at all. The amenity card were an added perk. Thank you! GREAT place!!!!

Property smelled strongly of bacon upon check in and smell never really abated during the two days we were there. We contacted the POC listed about the smell upon check in and the POC told us she had noticed it a few days earlier and nothing could be done. Property was clean though a number of spiders and flying insects were present - possibly to be expected from a ground floor unit. Check out process was painful. Checkout instructions were emailed but not available at the property. Contacted POC again for checkout instructions and was told she did not have them. Had to contact Evolve via VRbO app and they were somewhat slow to respond and never replied to my original message regarding the smell. Checkout required us to strip linens and remove garbage. The linens were a little frustrating to have to worry about when a cleaning fee is being paid.

Thank you for your review. Feedback is important to us. Lingering bacon smell is not something that we have experienced previously, but we will certainly do some research on solutions should it or something similar happen again. We have also noted your confusion on locating the checkout instructions, and at your suggestion, in addition to having them sent when a guest books their stay via email, we will add them to the guidebook located in the condo. This was an oversight on our part. Sorry for your frustration with the request to remove the linens from the bed. It is super helpful for our cleaners, especially during the busy season. Thanks for staying with us. We hope you enjoyed all the beauty and fun Seabrook Island has to offer.

Perfect space for annual trip of 3 over 70 y.o. women. 1st floor. Comfortable beds. Clean. Pleasant patio space for visiting. Easy access to great beaches for walking. Amenity card access to pool & Club House restaurant. Easy drive from Charleston airport & a city tour day. Had nice kitchen for preparing simple meals and was close to restaurants and shopping at Freshfields when we didn’t want to cook.

Perfect relaxing getaway

What a wonderful week we just had at this lovely villa in Seabrook Island. The owners have thought of every amenity you could possibly need and the villa is decorated in such a cute style. Everything was immaculate and there is plenty of space for a family of four to enjoy all that the Island has to offer. We loved renting bikes from alligator bikes and exploring the island. The beach was a 5 minute bike ride away and a bike ride to the nearby shops & restaurants only took 20 minutes. Along the way, we saw deer and lots of birds. Seabrook is peaceful and pristine and the accommodations were top notch. The hosts were quick to answer questions and were so kind to let us have a later checkout to avoid some bad weather moving in. We had a perfect week and loved staying in this beautiful villa - we can’t wait to come back! Wonderful experience!

A very relaxing stay at a beautifully decorated villa. The managers; Amy and Ollie, were the perfect hosts! They were on spot when we had questions..We highly recommend staying here for rest and relaxation (which was our goal).

Ducks at the beach

Well, nice location on golf course, nice apartments, few minutes to beach, used the club pool and restaurant for first time and that was nice too. Been to Seabrook before and love it. Very accommodating management team, unlike other places we have stayed. Condo was well appointed and the kitchen had basic supplies The managers helped us to print some papers we needed for a problem back home, nice

Exceeded expectations!

Just WOW! I absolutely LOVED this place! Wonderful area to walk around with the dogs and a super convenient/quick drive to the boardwalk/beaches. Hosts had everything we needed and the rental was so clean and relaxing and aesthetically beautiful! Already looking to book again later this year!

Incredible condo in stunning Seabrook

Amy and Ollie have thought of every detail to ensure the stay was amazing. Including a welcome basket and even dog toys. My husband and our pup and I had the best time. Seabrook is absolutely stunning. The beach is my favourite. And then the condo is spacious and has every kitchen tool you might need. We loved it. And the hosts. They were amazing. Thank you we will be back.
