We do want to address the WiFi concern, because we care deeply about every guest's experience. Our fiber optic connection is fast and reliable, and when you reached out that morning, our team was ready and eager to help right away. Unfortunately, we didn't hear back from you till late that evening— and by the following morning, you had already checked out, which didn't leave us the opportunity to get things resolved for you. Rest assured, our WIFI is working perfectly and reliably. We just wish we could have assisted you during your brief stay.
