Great view of lake

Everything in the condo was just like it was advertised. Close to both Hiawassee and Blairsville. Close to great restaurants. We would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Beautiful Place

Hiawassee is a great destination in N Georgia. Lake Chatuge is beautiful. The townhome was perfect for 2 couples and in a great location for food, lake and using the pool. Will be back for sure.

Amazing!!!

We spent a long weekend in this condo and it didn't disappoint! Very well maintained community and condo with wonderful furnishings and amenities. We felt safe and it was convenient to restaurants and shops with a short drive. I think the view would be beautiful in the Fall. Will definitely choose this location again!

Chatuge Getaway

Condo was lovely, spacious and relaxing. Only issue was refrigerator door that would slam open all the time...very loudly. We all enjoyed being lazy in the recliners watching TV.

Fantastic

The view is stunning and the home couldn't have been better. All amenities you could think of and more. The door lock information needs to be more clear as well as the shower instructions but other than that, it was spacious, luxurious and relaxing.Everything you want to visit is within an hours drive.

Perfect Stay for an Ideal Getaway

Not really much for recommending places because I don't get paid for it but this Condo was perfect... There is nothing to complain about. It's beautiful inside, believe the pictures. And it has elevator access. Location is literally between all the mountains, trails and falls if you feeling adventurous and if you feeling like bar hopping it's a cluster on the main road all with different vibes... Or if feel like "staying in" full service kitchen plenty of space inside or chill on the upstairs balcony (weather permitting)...

Fantastic!

Just spent 4 nights at this lovely condo. The location was great, easy access to everything we needed and the view was fantastic! Wish it would have been warmer weather so I could have enjoyed the outdoor patio more :)The only negative comment we have is about the water pressure. It's a little lacking but everything else was fantastic, even the front door lock. Was a little worried about that from past reviews but we were able to enter with ease and no problems. Would definitely recommend this property.

Elevator not functional

I brought my parents that are in their 80's to this condo primarily due to the easy access with the elevator as shown in the online pictures. The elevator was not working and found that it had been out since February. We were offered a 12% discount for the inconvenience which was better than nothing. We only left the condo once per day due to having to assist my mother up and down the stairs. Then, the last day, someone turned off the water at the meter, which added to the total frustration of the trip. I wish we were refunded our money and went somewhere else.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’re sorry the elevator wasn’t working during your stay—we reported the issue to the HOA as soon as we found out, but the repair is still pending and out of our hands for now.- We weren’t initially aware of the water shut-off until our cleaning service informed us after speaking with you. We immediately contacted the water company, which dispatched a technician that evening. It turns out someone had manually shut off the water.- We’re disappointed your stay didn’t reflect the experience we aim to provide, and are continuing to advocate for lasting solutions through the HOA.Thanks again for taking the time to share your review.

Communication and cleanliness issues

I would not recommend this property until the owner puts a new automatic lock on the door. The current one does not open and close properly yet the manager said the owner will not change it. The number that we were given for the contact person was not the correct number therefore when we called multiple times when we were locked out at 9pm with 2 small children no one answered. We had to submit a complaint to get anyone to reach out to us. The whole place is dusty and the bath mats were filthy. The cleaning team definitely needs to spend more time on the unit. The size and location were good for what we needed but we definitely won’t be staying again.

Door code entrance

The door on the entrance was terrible. I left a day early because I couldn’t stand the door code keyless entrance. 3 out of 5 night I stayed I had to call to get help to get in the door. The owner had to unlock the door for me after I contacted Tiffany. The second time the owner could not be reached so out of desperation Tiffany gave me her override code to get me in. At that time she informed me if I entered my code more the three time I would be locked out. The 3 time I entered my code twice it didn’t work, I entered the override code and that didn’t work either. I contacted Tiffany and did not receive a call until 2 hours later. In the mean time I tried the override code one more time and was able to get in. It was more than annoying to have to wait out in the heat trying to get help. My husband is blind and we are both on medication and it make our stay horrible. The condo was very nice and very comfortable, but the owner need to fix that door pad.

A Disappointment

Should have believed the door access reviews- arrived and couldn’t get in. Called ‘Tiffany’ with Evolve- no answer…. Arrived at 7:28 PM, ‘Taylor’ called at 8:10 and helped with a common access code- which worked. Last 7 of my cell did not. No directions, locked out after three tries but had to one more time…. My daughter and I had taken all our things back to the car and we were headed to her dorm room when she called. Next list- dishwasher broken, refrigerator door broken- slings completely to the side of the fridge. - obvious that it had not been cleaned for a little while (pink ring in toilet, dust), trash cans with ‘stuff’ that had run down the did in one bathroom - my daughter was a little freaked out by the urn on the kitchen shelf behind the sink - zero ‘guest niceties’ except a few coffee pods, no Kleenex? - found a bag of sugar stuck to a shelf in the kitchen, expired spices and other things - front door frame cracked where obviously another guest couldn't get in and the door DOES NOT close properly unless you set the bolt lock - floor is sloped toward the center of the entire building Fireplace was nice, beds OK and good TV. I have traveled all over the world and used multiple properties by these types of groups and have never been this disappointed. This took the prize for a leasing company - Evolve- and an owner that wants the $$ but could care less about their guests. My daughter has 4 years at Young Harris and never again.

Weekend Getaway

This property is even better than pictured, it was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice view from upstairs balcony, perfect location, and property management company was friendly and check in was smooth. Couldn't ask for more!!

Second time to rent this condo!

There are two couples that attend the car show in Blairsville each year. We enjoyed staying at the condo last year and when we saw it was available this year we immediately rented it. From having comfy beds, great towels to a regular coffee pot and one for pods we were all set. We very much appreciate how clean the condo has been on both occasions.
