My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was as expected. The free tickets were a nice perk. Most importantly, we got the lake view we wanted and good proximity to all the lake activities. It was a bit of a drive to Branson but otherwise good location. The elevator was working but be aware that there is no guarantee it is operating so you are taking your chances if you have a handicapped person with you - I definitely recommend calling in advance to check, like I did. Additionally, be aware that the elevator is behind a set of doors and the threshold is a significant bump, which may be an issue for wheelchairs. The entrance threshold to the condo also had a sizable bump. The dumpsters are a bit far from the unit so be prepared to take your garbage bags with you when checking out. Furniture and fixtures/decor were a bit dated but we didn't mind. Interior and linens were relatively clean. We did not use the boat slip. Overall, good experience!

Perfect week on the water

We had a nice time at this location. Could use a few updates but to relax and cool off it was great.

Family trip to SDC

Great place to stay. This was perfect for what we needed. Our plans were to spend all the time we could at Silver Dollar City. With the late nights for the summer this place was close and convenient!!

Housekeeping

The air filter & floors were needing cleaning but the linens, bathrooms were all really clean. Enjoyed our stay. Floors needed vacuuming and the air filter was a little jacked up.

Poor

The refrigerator wasn't cooling. We had some food go bad, we had to get rid of a whole tenderloin, half gallon of milk and 2 containers of Ratio yogurt. We weren't planning to eat out every meal but had to eat out every meal because the refrigerator wasn't working. The company could've offered a form size refrigerator or a cooler and ice. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working and we had to buy a bag of ice. The freezer did keep it frozen. I called first thing Friday morning about the issue but wasn't updated and it wasn't resolved. We stayed Thursday thru Sunday.

Great lake view.

Condo shows some wear but otherwise clean and comfortable. Very close to Silver Dollar City and Lake. It's priced for those who want access to these two things but pricey for anyone spending most of their time on the 76 strip. This is a great area for summertime!

Great views, dated condo

The view is fantastic. There is a clear view of the main channel and dam, and I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the lake activities. The A/C is good and cold, and kept us comfortable. The ice maker in the fridge worked great! The beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that the pans in the cabinet were dirty, and we couldn’t use them to make breakfast. And, everything is pretty old and dated. Very old carpet, old lighting fixtures, and some of the window blinds need to be replaced as they are unusable. Could use a major renovation, or at least some painting, new carpet and blinds, etc. Aside from the previously mentioned pans, the unit was very clean. Overall, it met our needs, and I would stay again.

car window damaged by workers

While weed-eating the landscapers threw up a rock and broke a window in our car while it was parked in front of the condo. We reported it in the office, but no one cared or did anything. This is the only VRBO I have stayed in where shampoo is not provided. view was great & condo was clean but not a great experience.

We took all of your information and mailed you a check for the amount you paid to have the window repaired. I'm not sure what you mean by not doing anything when we paid you back for the money you were out of pocket.

Perfect place for our last minute trip

Everything we needed was right here at this place. The place was clean and well kept and the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. They must do a great job of positively reacting to feedback from customers because we were not asked to turn the hot water heater off and there was bar soap for us. These things were mentioned in another review. For a holiday getaway with my wife and son (we really needed it!) it was absolutely perfect. Thanks!

Not what I expected for the price

The accommodations were adequate , but not what I was expecting for the price. Furnishings need to be updated and some replaced. No carts for luggage. $ 40.00 charged for damages and not refunded for no damages

Spacious, clean condo close to everything

I would have rated 4.5 if that was possible. The condo was spacious and clean and in a great location which is close to everything. I would recommend and would rent again. Only two things would have improved our stay. The first is the owners ask renters to turn off the water heater when you leave. So when new renters arrive there is no hot water. We discovered this when we went to take a shower. It is noted in the owners condo book, but it would have been nice if there would have been a big notification sign on the water heater door. Also there was no bar soap. Other than those two items it was a great stay.
