Dtown Drippin With New Pool!

Thank you, Lynn! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the house and enjoyed the pool. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we can't wait to welcome you back for another wonderful stay!

Joseph, a quiet backyard is exactly what that house was meant to give you, so I'm glad it delivered. You're right that the pool isn't heated, and that catches people off guard in the cooler months. We've made the unheated pool a clear line in the listing details and the pre-arrival note so nobody shows up expecting warm water. Good to hear the washer and dryer earned their keep too, and that our team stayed easy to reach. Come back when the weather turns and that pool is doing its job. The back porch is best early, coffee in hand. You are a returning guest now, which means 10% off your next stay with us. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Michael, a family trip to the Hill Country in a house that was ready to go from the moment you walked in, that is exactly what we aim for. Keeping the property in top shape matters to us, and it means a lot to hear it came through that way for your group. Come back when the wildflowers are running, usually late March into April, and the whole property takes on a different character entirely!

Andrea, your daughters ended a road trip from Tennessee with green hair before a family wedding, and that should never have happened. The copper treatment was still in the water when you arrived, and nobody got back to you for eleven days after you told us. Both of those are on us. We have pulled copper based clarifiers from the pool program at that property altogether, and the water is now tested and logged the morning of every arrival, not just after service. Guest messages about a health or safety issue now go straight to a manager for a same day answer. If you ever bring the family back through the Hill Country, I would like to host you myself and get it right. Every guest who comes back to us gets 10% off the return stay, and that includes you. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

Dear Jackie, Thank you for your kind words! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the property. I appreciate your suggestions about the Keurig coffee maker and the bathroom supplies – we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests' experience, and I’ll make sure to address these for future stays. We hope to welcome you back soon! Kindly, Jorge Cozi Vacation Rentals

Ana, a wedding weekend with four adults, a teenager, and two toddlers under one roof is no small thing to pull off, and hearing that the house held everyone comfortably means a lot. The pool and backyard are exactly what we had in mind for moments like that, kids burning energy while the adults finally get to breathe. Glad the scooters got some use too. Whenever the next Hill Country occasion comes up for your crew, the house will be ready for you!
