The home was very nice. Very convenient to the pool and hot tub. It was about 6-7 minute walk to the mountain.

Future guests will enjoy a spacious, well-appointed condo in a highly convenient location. The pool and hot tub are just steps away, and the ski area is an easy 6–7 minute walk, making access simple. With comfortable living spaces, a full kitchen, and close proximity to dining, shops, and the gondola, this is a great home base for a relaxed and convenient Steamboat stay.

Had a very pleasant weekend here in August with our 3 adult sons. Plenty of room and decent sized, comfortable beds.Nice feeling of space in the living room/ kitchen / dining area, as well as outside in the roomy balcony. Nice spot for breakfast/ coffee or evening drinks.You need to read all the check in directions carefully. My only slight complaint is that they are too wordy! Though clear when you go through it all. I didn’t want to print out all the pages as suggested. I think reducing it to clear bullet points would be better. The property as a whole- swimming pool and general area is a little tired, but generally very nice and quiet. Walkable to base area and lifts (we went mountain biking). A short drive into town where there are lots of restaurants & made the rodeo - fun night !!

We had a great time in Steamboat and the condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped for making group dinners and the location was fantastic. The hot tub and heated pool were also amazing. No notes, would definitely stay here again!

Ski Vacation

Great location with plenty of space for my family. Convenient location, ski lifts, restaurants and shopping all within a short walk. Would absolutely stay there again.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen, in particular, is very well equipped, parking is very convenient and the deck, overlooking the creek, had a big table and plenty of seating. The communication was terrific - very responsive and helpful. The location is central and it was easy to get anywhere easily. We highly recommend this property and would go back ourselves on another trip to Steamboat Springs.

Great condo and super close to slopes!

This was the best place for our ski vacation with family and friends! The kids room is great! Plenty of bathrooms! Amazing heated pool and hot tub! Would definitely try to stay here again!

Great Creekside Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! There are so many windows it feels like you’re in a treehouse, and the balcony is great for morning coffees and evening meals! And the secure indoor parking that is right by the condo was such a great bonus! We would definitely return here!

Family Ski Vacation

Great stay. Short walk to gondola & restaurants/shops. Parking was covered & handy. Only complaint was that there was no instruction on operating the fireplace. Always important on a ski vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Dawson Family Ski Trip

Beautiful and convenient location facing the mountain resort. Each party has their own bathroom which was a plus. Very quiet. The kitchen was well supplied with lots of cutting boards, utensils, glasses, pots pans and well organized. Highly recommend.

Winter Fun

Location, location, location! Not only convientently located to base of Steamboat but just a short 5 minute walk. Heated indoor parking a big plus in the winter. Especially after the fresh foot of snow. Condo was clean and up to date. And quiet. Will definately stay again.

Spacious condo minutes from the resort

Very spacious and well appointed condo. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. It is about a 300 yard walk to the lift which wasn’t bad for adults but a little tough for younger kids. Shuttle comes about every 20-30 min. Hot tub and pool are a short walk. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect spot for our family

We came to Steamboat for the Literary Sojourn (which was awesome) and also spent some time walking, downtown-ing, and hot-springing :) The girls (young teens) enjoyed the pool and the walkways up to the ski area. Loved hearing the brook all day! Our only hiccups were not having more than one parking space and a little bit of confusion in finding the right door out of the garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Great location. Beautiful clean first floor unit

The house was clean and decor was lovely. A great size for everyone to have their own space. The unit is ground floor and right off parking garage which is great for loading and unloading. The unit felt secluded with views out to trees and the mountains you couldn’t see your neighbors. Easy walk to slopes. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. We would go back for sure!!

The property wasn't very clean. Our feet were filthy from just walking around. Parking in the garage was difficult becase it was so tight, however, it was VERY convenient. No grill was a killer for us. The communal grill was disgusting so we ended up using the foreman grill inside. I thought this was much closer to the square but the walk was nice.

This property is located just a pleasant walk from the mountain base area, providing both easy access to Steamboat Square and a bit of peaceful separation from the busier core! Our team takes great pride in providing clean, well-prepared homes. We did not receive any reports of cleanliness concerns during this guest’s stay—had we been notified, we would have promptly sent our housekeeping team to address any issues. We always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can ensure everything meets expectations. Parking in the garage can feel a bit snug for larger vehicles, but it is one of the most convenient features of this property—providing secure, covered access directly to the building, which is especially nice during Steamboat’s winter months. While we understand how much guests enjoy grilling, please note that Steamboat Springs has a city ordinance prohibiting grills on private decks or patios in multi-unit buildings for safety reasons. However, the property does offer access to a shared grilling area. Since these are shared by all residents and guests, we recommend checking the space before use and reaching out to us if it needs attention—we’re always happy to assist. We hope this information helps future guests feel confident that our team is responsive, the location is both convenient and quiet!

Great stay for a ski trip

My family of 6 adults stayed for a 5 day ski trip. There was plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms was great! Location was good. It is walkable to the base if you are not in ski boots. There is a shuttle that comes right out front every 15 minutes that will also take you to the base. This shuttle will not take you downtown so you either need to have your own car, take the city bus or arrange other transportation. The garage parking is very convenient. Our only complaint was that the fireplace was broken and waiting on a replacement part.

Well equipped and located condo

The positives: well equipped with lots of starter supplies; coffee filters, spices, shampoo, paper supplies, etc. Good wifi, tv’s, kitchen appliances. Location close to lifts and local bus. Amenities include ski locker, pool, hot tub, parking garage, grill. Communication with property management was timely and thorough. What could be better: HOA pickup of garbage was after bins were overflowing in the garage.
