We hope to host you again!

Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re delighted that the spacious home, well-equipped kitchen, and nearby beach made your family vacation so enjoyable. It’s also wonderful to hear you appreciated the local recommendations. We truly appreciate the 10/10 and hope to host you again!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your arrival experience did not feel smooth, and we take that seriously. We do want to clarify one important point for future guests: this reservation was booked as a 3-bedroom stay, and the home provided included 4 bedrooms with additional sleeping capacity, not fewer beds than advertised. Since this stay, we have also completed additional maintenance and quality checks, including installing a brand-new stove, refreshing the towel inventory, and reviewing the items mentioned with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. This is a premium direct oceanfront penthouse, and our standard is to provide a clean, comfortable, accurate, and responsive guest experience from check-in through checkout. We appreciate the feedback and will continue using it to tighten our process and improve every stay.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad the convenient location worked well for your stay. We also appreciate your comments about the unit and building, and we’ll be sharing these with our team as we work on updates and maintenance. We hope to provide a more polished experience next time.

Sara, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay over New Year's at our Miami property. We're glad you appreciated the spaciousness, tasteful furnishings, and the prime location of our apartment. I'd like to address some points to provide clarity for our future guests: - Access Codes: We provide access codes on the day of arrival to ensure the security and privacy of all our guests. While we understand the eagerness to receive this information, this policy is akin to hotel practices for security reasons. - Early Check-In: As a courtesy, we offered an early check-in at no additional cost, which is not standard practice but was extended to enhance your experience. - Accommodation Description: The apartment is designed for short stays, offering a unique and authentic South Beach experience. While it's set in a world famous art deco building, we take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. - Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped for our guests' convenience, and we take care to provide a range of essentials. Our thick, hurricane-proof windows ensure a peaceful indoor environment, despite the lively location. - Elevator and Building: The building, including the elevator, which is brand new, is regularly maintained. We aim to blend the charm of Miami's architecture with modern comforts. - Location and Atmosphere: Situated in the heart of South Beach, the apartment offers an immersive city experience. It's ideal for those who wish to explore and enjoy the vibrant local culture. We strive to provide a five-star service and are committed to ensuring all our guests have a wonderful stay. We acknowledge that each guest's needs and expectations are unique, and we're continually learning and improving from feedback. We look forward to welcoming more guests and providing them with an unforgettable Miami experience! Warm regards, Management
