We loved the cozy beach cottage feel of the home. The proximity to the beach and dining was excellent. The kitchen could use a few upgrades. The skillet pans were old and food stuck to them during cooking. Also the heating elements on the stove were tilted making it a little challenging to cook. Otherwise the home was perfect for our short stay

This cottage was so comfortable and the location was terrific! Interactions with the host/property manager were very helpful and pleasant.We would definitely stay here again.

Location can’t be beat! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach!! The outdoor space was nice! (Although we had to request mowing for the backyard.) The bedding in the master had a very strong fragrance so management had the bedding changed asap. One more item to note- the blinds, in several places throughout the house, were cut too short. Including in the 1/2 bath- very strange.. Even with a few annoyances - overall it was a fantastic stay!

Extremely disappointing. We spent our hard-earned money on what was easily one of the worst vacation rentals we’ve experienced. This property is severely neglected and desperately needs repairs.The main entry door had a cheap thumb-turn lock that hardly inspired confidence. The master bathroom had a toilet elevated on a platform with exposed plumbing and a door literally cut to clear the toilet. Another toilet rocked significantly with an apparent failed wax seal. Water pressure was practically nonexistent, and bathroom fixtures had what appeared to be mold.Only one mini-split seemed to work. Electrical cords ran through holes drilled in walls, and bathroom electrical installations were concerning.The kitchen had hardly any cups, minimal cookware, no dishwasher, a broken sink sprayer, and a missing light bulb. We had to hand-wash everything.The backyard was unusable due to overgrown grass and prickly burs that covered our shoes and clothing, preventing our children from playing outside.Southern Belle Property Management came to inspect the broken toilet and yard. We were told the homeowner declined their assistance and wanted to handle both personally. I appreciate Southern Belle’s efforts, but the homeowner clearly needs to invest in maintaining this property.Frankly, Southern Belle should reconsider representing a property in this condition. This house needs a complete overhaul. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The property was perfect for our pup with a fenced in yard. It was steps from the beach. While we couldn’t walk the dog on the beach, the sidewalk ran ride along the beach so it worked for us. The property management team checked in with us regularly to make sure we were pleased.

This is an older cottage with a lot of unique features to it. The backyard is great for pets. The location to the beach, downtown, and restaurants was perfect!

This was a very comfy house and super convenient for going to the beach or into town. We never used the pool, so can’t say much about that, but our dog sure loved the house and the nice, big yard! We plan to stay at this property again next year if it’s still available then ( it’s for sale right now).
