A wonderful spot for a large group, views with access across the street to the harbor, and a mile to Main Street. This is a beauty!

We have never seen a house so comfortable, beautiful and well-appointed. And the location, pool and garden were to die for. The kitchen equipment was incredible, from the number and variety of measuring cups to the two dishwashers and incredible stove. Two washers and dryers: really? Incredible! Our family of 10 was thrilled beyond words. It is the best house we have ever rented by far.

Perfect remodeled home with a great pool and private beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed out time in this home. We stayed here for over a month during the summer. House is stylish, and feels new. The pool area is fantastic, and the beach is 100 yards down the road, so you never have to drive to a beach and deal with parking. Property management company was also very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful experience. The home was lovely and amenities were outstanding. Kitchen was loaded with proper cooking equipment. Internet service was good and TV’s were well placed The pool was used several times daily The only suggestion we would offer would be to tie the porch swing cushion to the swing itself. It slips off within minutes of sitting down.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, physical layout, pool and spa were lovely and the house was very well structured to host our family and extended family. The home overall itself fell short of expectations—especially considering the premium price per week. We found the house to be surprisingly under-appointed for a property in this category. There was a noticeable lack of basic kitchen essentials—insufficient serving dishes and cookware, which made preparing and serving meals for our group quite difficult. The absence of full-length mirrors in the bedrooms was also an inconvenience. The bedrooms themselves felt stark and impersonal, with no artwork or décor to bring warmth or character to the space.Additionally, the bedding was disappointing; the polyester sheets had an uncomfortable, slippery feel—more reminiscent of a waterbed than a luxury stay. For a home of this caliber, we would have expected crisp, high-quality cotton linens. There was also no home sound system available, which detracted from the ambiance we’d hoped for during our time there. There was also a notable lack of quality beach chairs, the ones available were rusty or broken and there were no umbrellas or other items such as a cooler (other than one for a six pack of soda).

Wonderful week in Chatham

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect week! The occasion was our 50th wedding Anniversary. We wanted to celebrate with immediate family 3 adult son’s their wives and kids, so 8 adults and 4 grandkids ages 3-7. The house was a home run everyone loved the layout, the location, beach across the street, pool and hot tub were ideal and kids spent hours each day in the pool. Walk to Chatham bars Inn short drive to main st. Chatham holds a special place in our family as a child spent many summers there, my wife and I Honeymooned there and as a young family we vacationed in Chatham with our 3 boys. Our Chef loved the kitchen and the top quality appliances and BBQ. Finally Adam Marks was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.House exceeded expectations highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

GREAT HOUSE in North Chatham

We rented this property for a week in August. We were 5 adult children (18-25) and 8 adults (13 people). This property was perfect!!! More than enough room for all and the facilities (laundry and kitchen) were ideal with two washers and dryers and two dishwashers. More than enough refrigerator and freezer space. great gas grill on the back patio. The house had just been redone and it was very well done. There is a huge sectional in the less formal family room that fit all 13 of us with extra room for watching movies. All the TVs are smart TVs. The WIFI was excellent in the house (though the cell reception in Chatham was spotty for some of us). The first floor has a King size suite so my 85 year old father did not have to climb steps once in the house. The other bedroom in the first floor was the “bunk bed room” (6 bunks) with plenty of room for the 4 kids that shared the room. The beach access is right across the street and it is maybe 300 feet to the sand. The house is about a mile away from Main Street (where many of the shops and restaurants are). The streets to town are not really great for walking or biking since there are not sidewalks or bike paths.
