Excellent location. The unit was well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. The view of the forest at morning coffee on the Lanai is great! Host was fast to respond to any questions. Very clean unit as well. We would stay here again when back on Kauai. After hours check in was a breeze to!

This condo was very old as compared to the pictures. Regarding the outdoor plastic furniture: one chair was completely broken. There wasn’t even enough of them for (4) people to sit on. The air conditioners were so old that they had black mold. We couldn’t run them safely.You need more living room furniture again not enough for 4 people The dining chairs were hard and uncomfortable.

Great location. Proximity to a beach and restaurants are all within walking distance. We liked that it was in the lower SE part of the island half way to the north shore and half way to the west shore.
Night time at the beach next to the resort.

Nice condominium. Convenient location.Well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Air conditioners are noisy. Has ceiling fans in each room. 2 bathrooms.

Great stay

We stayed here for a week and it was great! It's a short walk to multiple restraints, stores, the beach, and a great local gym. Plenty of parking when we stayed. Would recommend.

Family vacation

13 family members stayed in Lihue and had a wonderful experience. Time spent at the many beaches on the island, shopping, tubing, fishing, sight seeing, hiking, visiting and eating together. Wonderful accommodations and friendly helpful people. Would love to come again.

The room was nice. The location was in walking distance of a nice beach and some local shopping. The location of the unit within the resort was near the back. This was a disadvantage for using the pool but offered a more private outdoor sitting area. Check-in required documentation. They couldn't find us in the computer until I pulled up the e-mail. Then our reservation appeared in the computer.Only issue was the dryer in the room. It was not properly vented and left clothes smelling like burnt lint. There was a drying rack that could be used for small loads.

Relaxing and Fun

Banyan Harbor had everything we needed for a lovely Kauai vacation - the condo is as advertised with a wonderful pool and a great location near the airport and town of Lihue. It was an easy home base for us to travel all around the island. Restaurants, shops, a local beach were within walking distance and we could see cruise ships come and go. It was a very comfortable home base for us, quiet, a lovely garden landscape off the lanai, our own flock of the famous chickens on the island. We very much enjoyed our visit!

Great location! Comfortable and clean unit. The two bathrooms/2 bedrooms were a plus for two couples traveling together. Kitchen well stocked. Owner responded quickly to questions.

Worth a visit

The only difficulty was parking as the spaces were tight and we had rented a truck.

Great location to many popular and good restaurants. Close to the airport. Our unit was perfect for a family of 6. Having TWO bathrooms is such a luxury! The a/c worked well. We utilized the washer/dryer. Great size bathrooms with large countertops. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was completely functional. The pool was huge and the temperature just right! We would definitely stay here again!!!
