Very clean, great location and communication. Needed a 3 bedroom and happy we could find something so central and convenient. Grateful there was a concierge on site, though we didn't need any help during our stay.

Penni, a spacious, well-kept space in a great location is a combination that is genuinely hard to beat, and it sounds like everything came together. Hope the area draws you back again soon.

Everything was very clean and the host responded to me within minutes. One of the toilets was clogged and unfortunately it was not fixed until the next day. I feel this may have been out of the host's control since it seems like it was managed by building maintenance. All in all I would give it an excellent rating.

We will be staying here again! The location was perfect. The people at the front desk were so nice! The apartment was cool, clean, and the perfect size for us! Meli was our favorite nearby restaurant. It was such a fun trip for my family! THANK YOU!

This was a great location and property to stay in for the Chicago Marathon weekend! It was close to grocery stores, the L, restaurants/bars/coffee shops, and Grant Park! The building is historic with super cool details and it was refinished/upgraded very nicely. We really enjoyed the amenities (washer/dryer, fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher). The beds were super comfortable and with the buildings' proximity to the L, it was a nice touch that the noise machines and earplugs were included. The views of the city were incredible, especially at sunset. 5 of us slept/enjoyed the apartment very comfortably. Also, the concierge staff were super friendly and accommodating. The host was also very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We'd definitely rebook this place in the future and recommend it to others!

An overall excellent experience. My only complaint is why only have two key fobs for a 3-bedroom rental? We made it work, but it seems like having one fob per adult would be an easy way to make the logistics much simpler for guests. Otherwise all good.

5 of us stayed here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Communication was great before and during our stay. Check in was easy peasy. The apartment itself couldn’t have been better for us. This place is exactly as listed! Great location, great views, more than roomy for all of us! Everything you need is close! Really close if you’re going to something at the United Center - less than 10 min drive there! Parking garages are nearby and street parking is available right across from the building if you prefer that. Clean, cute and private and we will definitely book this again when we come back to Chicago!

Host was super responsive and accommodating with check in and check out. Apartment was perfectly furnished and equipped for our needs. It can be noisy being downtown and so close to the train, but the host had a supply of bedside earplugs which one in our party took advantage of. Concierge were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
