Immaculate condo, tastefully furnished, with beautiful view of the new pier and the St. John’s River. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation yet just a stone’s throw from St. Augustine, Crescent Beach, and Flagler Beach, stay here in Welaka. Great fishing, friendly people, and some great local restaurants (Shrimps R Us, Lexi’s, Bomba’s).

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, we had a great stay. The home was very clean, and it appeared the renovations had been completed recently, which was a nice touch and made the property feel fresh and updated.The only minor suggestions would be to stock a more complete set of kitchen utensils and ensure essentials like toilet paper are available in all bathrooms upon arrival.One thing worth noting—although it’s outside the host’s control—was the seasonal blind mosquito (midge) hatch. The insects were extremely heavy during our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the pool and covering our vehicles and boat. Again, this is a seasonal environmental issue rather than a reflection of the property itself, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of depending on the time of year.Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend this property.

Perfect staging for family for nearby wedding

The property manager was fabulous in working with us despite a hurricane to make sure we still had a good experience for a family wedding in Pomona Park

Been coming here for 30 years

Our family been coming here for 30 yrs. We love our little slice of heaven. Great place to relax and unwind. Love to fish and hang out by the pool.

Great Week at River Bend

Relaxing place

Staying at this apartment was a delightful experience! The space was not only nice and clean but also located in a peaceful and scenic area, perfect for unwinding and relaxation. Despite a minor hiccup with the AC, the management promptly addressed and resolved the issue, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil getaway!"

Perfect stay for our family!

We stayed Monday-Monday. This condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. It slept my 14yo, 13yo, 9yo, 1yo, myself, my husband and my mom comfortably! We have stayed at Riverbend before and having the pool and somewhere to dock our boat is more than convenient. The pool and pool are was immaculate every day we went out! We had a wonderful week and plan to be back for the 4th of July next year. The only few things I could suggest needed room for improvement is the communication with check in and check out process, facelift/repair to the dock, and an ice maker. Also if you are going to have an abundance of food like crab legs around the pool a suggestion that that trash get taken out because it was extremely smelly the next day. Other than those few things our trip was PERFECT!

Could’ve Been Better

I know when renting a place you can’t expect hotel quality but there were a few things that made the experience less than desirable. One, the strongly scented linens. I know that for most people conventional laundry detergent isn’t a big deal but for those of us who lead a low chemical life style this is just overwhelming. My husband had headaches and had a hard time sleeping because the scent of the linen was so strong. Also, couldn’t enjoy the outside because the laundry room smell permeated into the pool area also. They were doing construction in a room directly below us, making it impossible for us to sleep in on vacation also. The kitchen utensils were not clean, I had to wash several pieces of silverware and baking sheets in order to eat. Again, I have stayed at several non hotel locations, this wasn’t holding the the standard that I have come to expect in cleanliness or peace. The area is beautiful with Spanish moss hanging from the trees and close enough to a near by town. It was overall nice and what was pictured the the fine tuning just isn’t there.

212 is a nice clean unit . Great AC , great water pressure . We enjoyed our stay . The sliding door to porch needs to have new rollers installed on bottom of frame , the Master Bedroom Mattress needs an update it’s super hard , we enjoyed our stay
