2 indoor parking spaces (if there are more than two vehicles, the remaining ones will be parked in the outdoor parking lot, in front of the front desk and near the apartment—depending on where they are parked, they may be visible from the apartment window).

1. All items included in the stay are provided for 8 guests and in quantities estimated for the duration of the stay; however, certain factors may cause some items to run out before the end of the stay, such as dish soap, toilet paper, and soap - In such cases and if necessary, guests may purchase extras for an additional fee or buy them at local stores;
2. Items such as bedding and bath linens, towels, and similar items are provided only in quantities sufficient for 8 people and as described in the listing, regardless of the length of stay. If necessary or desired, guests may request additional items for an extra charge;
3. Small pets are allowed (guests may be charged for any damage caused by them to the apartment);
4. Smoking is not permitted on the apartment premises.
5. Events are not permitted in the apartment, with the exception of birthdays or family celebrations and only among guests.
