Bayside Bungalow was charming and very clean with endless amenities that made our stay go very smoothly. The lake was enjoyed from sunrise to sunset as we put many miles on the kayaks provided by the host. Close to many places of interest and great hiking trails.

Bayside Bungalow is a beautiful little get away! The house is well equipped with everything needed and the views are spectacular! We loved coffee on the porch in the mornings and a fire by the lake at night!

Beautiful property accessible to trailers, motorcycles and cars driveway was a little hard to find the first time but once I knew where it was very easy to find once you enter the driveway gives it a little secluded, feeling makes it feel like you’re the only one Around very peaceful very clean and well stocked

This is a clean well appointed cottage right on the lake. We had beautiful sunsets and were able to enjoy easy dinners in the stocked kitchen and slept well in the many bedrooms.

We had an excellent stay at the Bayside Bungalow! The space was absolutely lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed being right on the water. It was very nice to have kayaks available to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

It was a great experience. It is a very cozy and clean bungalow at a great location. Our extended family enjoyed a lot. Great kitchen set up , laundry , tons of towels.

Lovely and peaceful. It often felt like we had the entire bay to ourselves. We saw an unexpected variety of wildlife including foxes, swans, cranes & a bald eagle. The home was comfortable and well stocked. It served as a base for us as we explored Mackinac island, local hiking trails & a day trip to Pictured rocks. Previous family time shared and memories made. Highly recommend & would absolutely stay again if our travels take us to the region in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing. Had a great fire on the lake shore.

Last minute trip to meet family. Place was clean and spacious for our family. We would love to go there in the summer.

Idyllic Lakeshore Retreat

Our stay was wonderful as it was a true getaway. This home was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped for a family group to rest, relax, tour the UP, and cook family meals. We would definite stay here again.

Lake Side Getaway

Beautiful cottage away from it all on the water. One of my favorite VRBOs. Location was serene and exactly what I was looking for. Loved every moment of our stay.

Best weekend!

We loved staying at this beautiful spot. Hessel has a fabulous farmers market with delicious vendors and the drive to the Mackinac Island Ferry was super easy! Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!

The Cutest Rental!

Has everything you need! Even wireless chargers for every room, heated beds for the colder nights, and everything has been updated. Amazing view, quiet area and great stay! Would definitely stay again.
