Cable TV with a full lineup, including Telecine, HBO, movies, and TV series. There’s also a laundry room with a sink and a washing machine.

We have a 20,000 m² property with easy access via the Raposo Tavares Highway, just 40 minutes from São Paulo. We’re right across from the Raposo Tavares Highway—you can’t get lost—and even those who don’t like getting their cars dirty will love it, since we’re right on the highway. Best of all, our pool is heated, ensuring family fun even on cooler days. You can enjoy special moments with your friends and family, and if it gets a little chilly, you can light the fireplaces, enjoy the hot tub to relax, have fun in our game room, play soccer on our soccer field, enjoy the playground for the kids, and take advantage of 2,000 m² of covered space with barbecue grills where you can chat and enjoy your meals in comfort and style.
