Beautiful place

Beautiful place & convenient location! Did have to reclean things to use them but not bad enough to stop us from coming back. We will rent again if the hot tubs fixed when we go back down, really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful House!

We enjoyed our stay VERY MUCH!! It was a beautiful home, ready for you to sit back and relax. The backyard was perfect for the dog, he could run and jump and chase a ball. Only issue I had with the house was the King size bed was FIRM. I would have liked throw rugs on the floor in the kitchen and maybe in front of the couch because the floors were bare throughout the main part of the house.

Thank you for staying with us. The beds in the house are all brand-new. I know bed comfort can be subjective so anyone that has an issue can contact us and we can see about a topper for the mattress. We will bring one by if needed.

Great location and value for the money

Was a great property for us. The house is pet friendly which was a plus for us. Location was great as we were only 0.6 miles from our sons house and could visit easily but still have our own place to relax. Was great having laundry on site. TV in the main bedroom is a plus as I like to watch TV before I go to sleep. Communication was excellent. Couch was a bit uncomfortable for my husband as he has terrible back pain so we may bring our own recliner next time for comfort but understand since this is a pet friendly home. Already booked our next trip for next year!

Thank you for staying. I have not heard any complaints about the couch as it is fairly new and is just for sitting (it is not a sleeper). I will monitor and if we get more complaints we will address the issue.

Roomy and modern flare with upgraded appliances.

The gas heat was very effective in the bedroom but other rooms not so good. Appliances were to of the line but basis essentials such as napkins, soap and Kleenex were not provided. The location was ideal centrally located between Navarre and Fort Walton Beach Overall, met our needs and would use them again.

Good Time.

This is located away from TRAFFIC. Big deal if you go across the FT. Walton bridge. You can go to Navarre, Pensacola, Ft. Walton or Destin. I was pleasantly surprised at the back yard and comfort of the bed. Wish they would put a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and some coffee. We paid over 2k, COFFEE/ TP! It’s the right thing to do for a family of 4. Otherwise,,,, excellent!

The house and location were good for us because we could use the facilities at Hurlburt. The yard was terrific for our 2 dogs. Only negative was the dishwasher did not work. When we arrived it was full of dirty dishes. I washed them and advised the manager who said it would take time to get a repairperson out. We washed dishes the remainder of the stay

Thank you for staying. We did get an appliance repair person out as fast as we could, unfortunately it was on the day of your departure. We hate when things go wrong, but like your own house, appliances can break.

i was a little disappointed when we got to the house. the grass had not been cut. it was pretty high. there was a whole in the sheet rock by the back door that we did not cause. they only gave us one toilet roll per bathroom. needed hand soap in the master bathroom.

Thank you for staying. The grass at this house is cut by a service twice a month. When we get periods of rain, as we did before and during your stay, it can be a challenge to cut the grass. We did have the grass cut during your stay as soon as we were able. The hole in the sheet rock has been repaired, and I believe was caused by your group. We didn't see it before you checked in, so yeah. We provide a started supply of certain items. This is a vacation rental, not a hotel.

The amenities were not maintained. Furniture was broken and stained, with some pieces being left in the garage. Linens were worn out and stained. Cobwebs in every corner and on lamps. Gross amounts of hair/dust under beds and living room furniture. Backyard was dirty with pet waste and uncleaned fall foliage/broken tree branches. Windows were dirty with dog nose prints. Keyless entry code 10-digits long and we couldn't reset it. Master bath shower glass had soap scum on bottom and mold on tile. Shower head hold was broken and replacement holder was placed on door making it challenging to turn on and get into shower. Main bath shower curtain dirty with build up and mold and too long for hanging making you stand on it when in use. Carpet in bedrooms stained and walls dirty. Vents for heat/air conditioning and bathroom fans were covered in dust. Not extra bedding available. Garage was dirty and full of broken furniture, carpet remnants and miscellaneous painting and hot tube supplies in bags. Request a refund of cleaning deposit and pet fee for compensation, which was denied even after property manager visited the site and confirmed the list of concerns sent to him because it was not done within 4-8 hours of checking in. There were no cleaning supplies at the house except a small vacuum cleaner and filthy hair filled brooms. Holes in the backyard fence that small dogs can easily crawl through. Used dead palm tree bark from yard to cover up the holes.

Guest sent a list of grievances and demand for money 3 days before check out after staying for over 30 days with her pet. I denied any sort of refund. Only items she told us about mid-stay was a leaky faucet, which we have fixed (had to order part so could not get done before her stay ended). Had she let us know of any other issues, they would have been addressed. Anyway, I expect this review to be removed as it was a clear attempt to extort money from us.

Perfect house for our family of 5!

We had a great time on our vacation. This house had everything we needed. It was clean, and it was in a great location. The bathrooms were great; the beds were great; and the kitchen was great!
