Condo was exactly as listed. Kitchen was well-stocked and very functional - better than the typical rental. Location is superb: easy walk to the beach and all the condo amenities. These are great hosts and this is a great property.

Perfect week at the beach

Stayed included 2 kids and 4 adults and we all had a great time. House had everything we needed and walkable to a very nice beach and community pool. Would stay again.

Family vacation

We love Manistee, our son lives there with our 4 year old grandson and is Abe to and visit every day. This is our 4th year renting in Harbor Village and we love it

Dreamy

This property was awesome! Kids LOVED the bottom level space! Main floor was perfect and spectacular views of the harbor, playground, and we could even see Lake Michigan! Decor was beautiful and place was extremely clean! We would love to stay here again!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming condo. Super close to the beach with on-site pools and spas as well as a workout room. Lots of room for us and our teenagers. We survived the smoke and haze from the Canadian wildfires and several rainy days during our trip, and this sweet condo made it bearable with lots of boardgames, puzzles, playing cards, and a good selection of streaming options on the television. We went into town for several great meals, went to a movie, and browsed through the cute shops in downtown Manistee. Thanks for a great stay.

Vacation with family

Property was really nice but had to wait to get in due to cleaning crew running behind the condo was still dirty if you walked thru it with socks or bare feet the bottom of your feet would be black, the hot water ran out constantly and the decks were very dirty it took quite a while for property manager to respond to issues also can’t believe for the price I paid for a week that there was no grill, I would stay here again but 1st experience could have been better great location

What a vacation!

First off, my family and I had an amazing time on our trip! The property was well equipped, very clean and inviting. With a view of the marina from your front window, Lake Michigan (Fifth Street Beach) is just a very short 5-7 minute walk away, where we enjoyed plenty of fun in the sun and a nightly sunsets that are just surreal! Harbor Village is an amazingly well kept property in general, and the location is wonderful with the lake and riverfront shops, restaurants, and brewery just minutes from there. The property manager Tim, was a pleasure to deal with as he was very accommodating and fast to respond with any questions we may have had. Overall, we can't recommend enough this unit and area enough, we will definitely be planning future trips back!
