Location was great, beach was convenient, and beautiful. Pool was nice however, it could be cleaned and trees can be cut back. Lots of bugs. We killed many palmetto bugs in the kitchen, we didn’t leave any food out at all. The house was fine, it sleeps 12 and only 3 bathrooms. We had 6 pp and it worked out great! We had a family issue right before checking out, and the rental company was very accommodating.

We enjoyed our quick stay at this property. Although we didn’t realize we had to go through a property management company and required to get a key prior to checking in. House was equipped with everything and very close to the beach.

Great place, reasonably priced, very responsive and lots of linens provided. 2 of the bedrooms adjoin other bedrooms and the basement bedrooms (you have to walk through one to get to the other and they share a bath) have an exterior door. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with a bath but one of the bedrooms has a sunroom which has 2 queen beds and is counted as a bedroom. Not an issue but it is good to clearly understand layout. Pool area is great with shade and privacy. Great for a weekend getaway with friends, beach is an easy stroll. I would recommend this property if adjoining rooms is not an issue. Kitchen and living room space is open and inviting.

Tybee island family vacation

The property was nice, and clean. The kids loved the pool, it was small but did the job. Overall it was nice and we all enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Nice property and easy walking distance to the beach the front yard wasn’t great and it wasn’t mowed before our arrival but other than that we have no complaints

Beautiful home and pool

The home had everything we needed during our stay. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, towels. Beds were comfortable. Very short walk to the beach!

Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. Pool could've been cleaned better but grandkids were happy to have one to themselves. The tv in the master bedroom wouldn't connect to wifi, so was unable to watch while relaxing after the day at the beach. All in all, we definitely weren't discouraged in making our decision of our choice of place to stay. Having the features and comforts of home was a plus. Will not hesitate to choose this place again

The check in process was easy. When we got to the property it was not clean. There was still used wash rags hanging in the bathroom shower. The bathrooms were dirty. The kitchen table and counters had left over food on them and needed to be e wiped down. The kitchen floor in front the washer and dryer has a soft spot in the floor so you might want to be careful walking on there. The steps going up to the 3rd floor the 3rd step is cracked. The pool was dirty and the skimmer that was that at the property was broken so we did the best we could. The King bed in the room that has the 2 double beds when you pulled the covers back had hairs on the sheet. The AC unit in the lower level bedroom double room was leaking all over the floor. I called the rental company they sent someone out the next day he looked at it and said someone else would come replace it they never did. The pool pump wasn’t working properly and algae was starting to build up on the bottom. My grandkids were getting a rash every time they got in the pool you couldn’t smell any chemicals at all. I called the rental company they said they would send someone out they didn’t till the next day then all he was supposed to do was clean it, I told him about it not working properly he went back and looked at it and said it needed to be backwashed so he did it. He said it has 0 chlorine and the 0 PH so he treated it. I was very disappointed with this rental and the amount we spent on it. I have pictures of everything.

Family vacation

5/5 Stars – Perfect Tybee Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beach house on Tybee Island! The location couldn't be better—short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, and the pier. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.We especially loved the large deck for morning coffee. The pool was perfect for the kids to play and adult adults to kick back and relax. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the beds were super comfortable. Tybee itself is such a laid-back, friendly place with a fun mix of beach vibes and history.Highly recommend this house for families or groups looking for a relaxing, beach-filled vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Overview

The house was in a great location. Very close to the beach, and very close to anything else we wanted to do. It is on the main highway, however it wasn't noisy at all. The pool was smaller than expected, but still enjoyable. The house was clean, and spacious. The only thing was we were a little surprised that the "5th bedroom" didn't have privacy. It was off of another master bedroom with glass doors. We should have paid closer attention to the listing pictures, asked more questions, or have this listed as a 4 bedroom that sleeps 16. Overall, no complaints!

Loved the location and closeness to everything. Would say it definitely needs a more thorough cleaning as well as pest control. The amount of palmetto bugs was insane.
