The Blue Fox Cottage sits right on the peaceful, majestic shores of Graham Lake. Picture breathtaking sunsets you've never experienced, savoring your morning coffee on the private dock, paddling the canoe across the water, or unwinding in the hot tub or by the indoor fireplace - no matter the season!

Featuring two bedrooms plus a spacious pull-out sofa bed, central air conditioning, heating, and a cozy indoor fireplace, this pet-friendly, 4-season cottage comfortably hosts up to 6 guests.

Key Perks & Setup
Relax on the large private dock with comfortable Adirondack chairs while watching epic sunsets. Unwind in the private hot tub, around the outdoor fire pit, or snuggled by the indoor fireplace during cooler weather.

Summer Vibes
The peak season brings warm days, vibrant sunsets, barbecues on the grill, canoe trips, fishing from the dock, lazy lounging, and evening soaks in the hot tub. While the surrounding seasonal campground adds a bit of liveliness, it's all part of the lakeside charm. Note: In hot summer months, the shallow lake can develop weeds and algae, making swimming less appealing—we always point guests to nearby beautiful beaches instead! Spring and summer may also bring some insects.

Fall Highlights
From September through November, the foliage puts on a stunning show. Enjoy mild days on the dock followed by crisp evenings in the hot tub or gathered around the indoor fireplace.

Winter Magic
Our shallow lake freezes early, creating ideal conditions for ice skating and ice fishing. Bundle up with a blanket by the indoor fireplace or step out for a soak in the year-round hot tub under the stars.

All guests receive complimentary coffee, and tea, plus access to a collection of books, board games, a smart TV, and the canoe. The cottage includes central AC/heating for comfort in any season. Starlink wifi is available to all guests.

Important Note
This is private property nestled within a quiet, seasonal campground (operational mainly in summer). If you're seeking total isolation with no nearby activity, this might not be the ideal spot—but it's perfect for those who enjoy lakefront nature with a relaxed, community feel.

No smoking inside the cottage.

Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided (feel free to bring your own).

High-speed, highly reliable Starlink WiFi is provided, ideal for streaming, video conferencing, and working remotely.

Cottage was clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful view from the dock. Hot tub was great, clean and well serviced. Not sure if it was an issue with the app we didn’t get check in instructions. Host was quick to reply. Overall a good spot.

Everything at the cottage was as advertised. We were a little uncertain of the property being in the middle of a park but it wasn’t an issue at all!Beautiful and relaxing spot!The hottub was fantastic!

Adorable cottage! Right on the lake with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Place is well maintained, clean and modern. Host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns; we had an issue with the fridge not working and the host was in contact with us about troubleshooting. Unfortunately the issue wasn’t able to be resolved during our stay despite our best efforts.

My parents, partner, myself and my 2 daughters rented this cottage, we had an amazing time. Unfortunately we got some bad weather in the evening but Eric was checking in to make sure we were good. It was so beautiful and relaxing! Met some very friendly campers who came over with their grandchildren to play with our girls, they did a lot of fishing from the dock and caught lots of fish! My kids loved the hot tub mostly, even in the extreme heat. Enjoyed the campfire(before the rain came) and enjoyed canada day here. Lots of great memories made and we had such an excellent time.

Lovely quaint cottage. The view was spectacular and the dock made viewing it incredibly serene. The hot tub was a great bonus. The one thing i would keep in mind is that the beds are a little uncomfortable. They’re just simple futon mattresses which are fine but not the most comfortable to sleep on for several nights. Additionally the lane to get to the property has some deep potholes. I suggest a vehicle higher off the ground than a standard car to get there. We struggled a little. But otherwise we absolutely loved our stay. Would absolutely book again.

It was a lovely, cozy little cottage. Matt was an attentive host, responding quickly to inquiries. The hot tub was clean and functioning as expected. The area was quiet given it is winter. We enjoyed hiking trails within a 15 minute drive from the cottage. One thing that could be improved for future guests would be a written list of instructions for things like thermostats (there are multiple), where to put garbage and recycling, etc. I would recommend this little gem to anyone looking to get out of the city without having to travel too far out. The frozen lake offered a serene view during our winter stay, so I can only imagine how spectacular it must be in the summer and autumn months. You wont be disappointed.

Great place to stay!

This cottage ticked off all boxes that we were looking for, and then some. The cottage is welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The dock was one of our favourite places to spend time. There was a great view at all times of the day and was very peaceful. The hot tub was fantastic, especially to sit in at night while star gazing. Highly recommend this place!

Loved the hot

Hot tub needs maintenance only 2 jets worked. Loved the view and we could relax enjoyed my time with my children and my daughter had her dog who enjoyed the water.

Hot tub was great

The cottage was nice & clean, but the proximity to the noisy beach with kids screaming & yelling (yes they were having fun but a bit too loud as right next door). So overall not as relaxing as would have liked.

Great escape

I wanted to take my mom (and her dog) out of the city for a few days. This was a good choice. We picked up some groceries in Brockville (about 15 minutes away) and spent a couple of days here. The place is as described and I had some good communication with Eric who was always happy to help out. Single-floor cottage with a dock, coffee, a well-stocked kitchen, a hot tub, and even a washer-dryer. Mixed in with a campground, it wasn't very private, but nobody minded us.

Great place

The cottage and the area are lovely. Loved the hot tub and the dock. The cottage could use some maintenance though. Broken bed. I know you said that you have ordered a new one. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Broken microwave handle. Door off the sunroom sticks badly. If these were all fixed I would come back and / or recommend to friends.

Our Visit

Location and lake were good. We had a short power outage but was not problem. Wifi was out for several days but through no fault of owner. The owners followed up with our stay continually and answered any questions we had. Perhaps more info on using heating as the cottage got damp due to all the rain. I would double check cleaning staff as we noticed that any areas under the couches for example and beside the washer and dryer should have been cleaned better Overall our stay was great as we have to remember that it is a cottage. The owners answered any questions we had quickly

Park

The cottage was clean and had all the amenities I had in mind to make a vacation good. The cottage is in the middle of a trailer park with people that are very IGNORANT. We could not swim as the algie in the water was over flowing. We did find another alternative. You can only walk on the road exiting the park as the trailer park will not all access to any roads. When you have young kids two 9 year old girls it can be a callenge to keep them busy.

Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. The cottage is private property within a very quiet campground (only operational during the summer). We have a completely private right-of-way that you can use to enter/exit the property and even excersize. All of this is completely disclosed on our listing as well. None of our previous guests has have any issues with the neighbors other than you. This review is extremely biased and dishonest.

Disappointing

This cottage says sleeps 6, but only has 2 bedrooms and a pull out style couch the couch is destroyed has no cushion left in it so you are literally sitting or sleeping on pot holes with springs sticking out. Because of this my daughter and her boyfriend had to get a hotel for them to go to at night. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to spending the entire days together as a family the whole reason for booking this cottage.The hot tub was cloudy and when I messaged the host he simply said to shock it. Not owning a hot tub myself not sure how to do this. A day and a half searching online for help and trying a few different things we got it useable. Day 2 ran out of propane for the bbq so we got 1 dinner and 1 lunch of hot dogs on it.Laundry was left in the dryer I had to fold and put away. The cottage is surrounded with a trailor park so very little privacy. It was very disappointing I am a single mom and had to save to make this little vacation happen to be with all my kids together under one roof. The host had no interest in helping me and it seemed I was bothering him. Would bot recommend this cottage.

Great property! Exactly as advertised in the photos. Cottage is beautiful and clean, well stocked with anything you could need. Hot tub was clean and hot and inviting, the fire pit was nice, and the dock was wonderful.The seaweed in the water at the end of the dock and the lily pads and weeds at the entrance of the water made the water less inviting for my kids for swimming, though we still enjoyed a quick swim there. All in all, a great stay. Would recommend!

This review is unfortunately very misleading and unfair. We have hosted hundreds of groups at our cottage over the years, and we take pride in our exceptional cleanliness and guest experience. In this specific instance, the guest arrived and immediately started to complain about very small details (such as a spider web on the dock). We agreed to his requests and cancelled his stay, and gave him a full refund.
