EPIC property and Location!!

Loved this place and have shared listing with others already. The beds were ALL so comfy and the place was so fun for a big group. Also the Alpacas 🦙 are so fun and the outside sitting area was so cute and fun to hang with friends around! cant wait to come back! would 100% book again

Great for girls trip

Stayed here with a group of girl friends. Plenty of space to spread out, hang together, inside and outside. Centrally located between Grand Junction and Palisade so easy drives to either location. Kitchen had everything you need for a large group to prepare, cook and eat together.

We had an excellent stay and couldn't have asked for a better place for our family gathering. We rented the two adjoining houses, which worked perfectly for our group. Both homes were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The space was even larger than it appeared in the listing, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.The outdoor area was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for spending time with family. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the highlights was that they brought over a baby alpaca several times, giving all the children in our family the chance to pet and interact with it—a memorable experience for everyone!We highly recommend this listing and we will stay here again on the future!

Excellent

Loved looking out the windows, in the morning, and looking at the book cliffs. We had family come from all over and was able to all stay together for our son's graduation from college. Added bonus is the alpacas - they are too cute with all of their facial expressions

Great getaway!

Our girls weekend was incredible! This place offered so much space for our group of 9 and was close to all the things we wanted to do. We ended up paddle boarding, wine bike touring, and trying out Devil’s Kitchen. Would highly recommend this stay for the location and unique fun of the animals out in the back. The host was also very responsive to our questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and bedding. Easy check-in and out. Just know this house has a swamp cooler, which it states in the house description, so temperature regulation isn't exact. Having said that it was extremely hot outside when we stayed and it remained a decent temp in the house. Michelle was responsive and great to work with!

Gals get away!

We had a great stay at the farm house! We ended up being a group of 7 but the house would have accommodated more of us with no issue! The house was easy to find and the alpaca were the cutest neighbors! We were seriously impressed by the water heater when we took 7 consecutive showers and the water was still hot! Took us a little longer than we’d want to admit that we needed to crack a window for the swamp cooler but once we did we were set. Had a great time and really appreciate the stay we had.

A lot of room inside the house

Everything was good except a couple things usually a rentals we stay at have a washer and dryer bit this one didn't and that was a big negative to us being that we were there for 6 days another thing was the house had a swamp cooler systems in the house and i had a family member that gets sick with those we also found 2 scorpions in the house but the overall was an ok stay we also could never log in into the Wifi during the stay

After going over your feedback with the homeowner, we'd like to clarify the following points: - Since a washer and dryer aren’t included at this property, we don’t market them as an amenity in the listing, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard. - We will add a note to the listing that states the property has a swamp cooler so guests are aware before booking. - The owners nor any previous guests have ever seen a scorpion on the property. Out of precaution, the owners had pest control spray to manage and protect the home from these issues. - The instructions for WiFi are included in the pre-stay email sent to guests before their arrival, as well as the welcome book at the home. The owners have never received any complaints about this in the past. We wish you would have reached out to the owners while in residence. They're always available for guests and would've been more than happy to resolve your concerns quickly for your group to have the most comfortable stay!

The Farmhouse was well stocked with personal hygiene products. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. It was very clean. I would highly recommend the Farmhouse.

Wonderful time

We rented two houses in the property for Thanksgiving. The farmhouse and the vineyard. We had a fantastic time. The homes were so well equipped for all of our needs. The kitchens were full of all that we needed, plenty of small appliances and serving dishes. The homes are beautifully decorated and our family made great memories. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive when we had questions. The view of the llamas out the windows was a fun thing for all our kids. Beautiful property and a wonderful time. I can’t say enough good things about the homes.

Family visit to GJ for a celebration of life.

We had a great stay with plenty of room for our family, enjoyed the outside setting with the fire pit, the kids loved the Alpacas, nice roomy kitchen and dining area, easy access to GJ and surrounding GV area. And the price fit our budget. We would stay again.
