Pros and cons but overall good

Pros: beach front location can’t be beat, an easy walk past the pool and down a boardwalk and you’re there! There is also a nice view from the unit, with fabulous floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean and well appointed. There is a nice balcony with table and chairs where you can really enjoy the breeze and the view. Ample and easy parking was also a plus. You can’t really walk anywhere by foot but it was a short drive to get to the stores and restaurants. Cons: the listing says it has a queen bed but it was a full. The pull out couch was unusable - it hadn’t been cleaned (lots of crumbs which probably came from the couch rather than the pull out part) and it was so uncomfortable it wasn’t usable. I know pull outs are not known for their comfort but this was worse than typical. Also frustrating was that there was no “owner” so no one answered my questions and it turned out we go stuck paying a fee on VRBO for a rental we could have gotten directly from the condo place. Normally when I book on vrbo there is an owner so this was an anomaly and not awesome. That said, overall, it matched the description (minus the bed size) and was a nice place to stay.
