Clean and right across the road from the water. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast on the lanai.

Very Pleasant Apartment

The apartment was larger I expected, very clean and comfortable. Beach is directly across the road and cafes and shops nearby. Was quiet at night and very pleasant to sit on the patio. Highly recommended!

Spectacular bribe island

Location,view great. Beds are the best, this unit was spectacular clean credit to cleaners. Host was friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend .

Great place

We stayed for two weeks and found the unit to be sparkling clean, bright, spacious and welcoming. It was very well equipped and provisioned with a great selection of pantry and laundry staples. We loved the water view from the front balcony which comes from being elevated and the lift to take us up there. Communication with our host was excellent and we recommend this unit for short or longer stays..

It was lovely to come back to Bribie Island and stay in the unit we once lived in. The waterfront location (right next to the shops) is fabulous as is the view overlooking the passage. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything we required for our stay.

Thank you Steve & Sandy we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment. Very handy location with small shopping centre next door to cater for your needs. This is a top floor apartment in a small complex with undercover parking and the bonus of having a lift. We enjoyed the water views and relaxing on the comfy outdoor lounge suite. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Steve & Sandy have thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable & enjoyable experience . Our #1 spot for our next trip to Bribie . Well done !!

We have no negative comments about the property at all. It was great. Our only problem was in communication - our confirmation had said 11am checkout and the staff and owner expected us to be gone by 10am, arriving to service the property. It meant we inconvenienced them unnecessarily.

Sandy and I (Steve) live at Sandstone Point, just over the bridge from Bribie and love our location and community. I have been a pilot all my life, and Sandy originally comes from Germany, but is now a very proud Aussie!! We run our two units personally, looking after all aspects of the business. We are incredibly proud of the outstanding reviews we receive on all the booking platforms and the fact that we are booked out 99% of the time.

This property was my Dad's home for nearly 30 years. When we lost him at age 90, still living in his paradise, we decided to make it a holiday rental unit so that others could experience and enjoy this amazing unit, that is in one of the best locations on Bribie. Dad would be so proud to show off his beloved home to all the visitors.

Huge 2 bedroom unit. Fully equipped with everything you need for an overnight or a great holiday. 100m from the main shops on Welsby Parade. 5 minute walk to the Jetty precinct. Linen supplied. Free Wi-Fi. Coffee machines, condiments supplied. Free bikes, fishing gear, kids scooters. Wheelchair ramps if needed, grab rails at the entrance and in shower, bath and toilet. Just bring your swimmers and a sun hat!!
