The condo needs to be cleaned and the bedding replaced. It was convenient and allowing pets was great especially for the ground floor.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the condo convenient and that our pet-friendly, ground-floor accommodations were a good fit for your stay. We're sorry to hear the cleanliness and bedding did not meet your expectations. We have followed up with our cleaning team to better understand the concerns you experienced. The linens were replaced within the past year and are regularly inspected, but we appreciate you bringing your feedback to our attention as we continue to maintain the home for future guests.

Perfect Stay at Land’s End!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The view of the lake was beautiful, and the complex was quiet and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo! Has become our favorite

We love this condo. We have been coming to Osage Beach yearly for 18 years. We have now stayed in this condo for the last two years and this is our favorite place so far!

This unit was great for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and the fact that it is pet friendly was very important as we brought 2 dogs. The kids spent a lot of time hanging out on the screened in porch. We did have issues accessing the pool as we weren’t provided the access code but there were people using the pool that let us in. As others have mentioned, there are several remotes for the TV and other components and no instructions on how to use them. But otherwise a great place that we will most likely return to.

We stayed in this same condo a year ago. Clean, great location and everything in working order. Close to family in the area. Appreciate our little dog being allowed to stay for an extra fee.

Weekend Getaway

Loved our stay at Lands End. The location was amazing. The condo was conveniently appointed with all of the necessities which was much appreciated. The carpet could use a good cleaning although I know it is dog friendly. The patio area needs a little attention too. Another suggestion would be to maybe have instruction manuals on how to operate the many remote controls for the tv, etc. Other than that we had a great time at the Lake. Thank you for hosting us!

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback and review. I truly appreciate your insight about the carpet and will be looking into that right away. What did you notice about the patio? I’d love the opportunity to address it for future guests. This is actually our first review that’s not five stars, so your input is especially valuable in helping us continue to provide the best experience possible. Thank you again for staying at our property."

Great time

The location is amazing. Everything you need and want to do is very close. The condo was great. Only 2 small issues. Cable/internet not working for 2 days so no tv (also really need directions to what controls go to what w/the tv. There were 6 controllers and no directions) and it says you have 2 spaces to park but only have 1 pass for your cars. But I would 100% stay here again it was amazing.

Improvements needed

Cleanliness left a little to be desired. I guarantee you my wife left it cleaner when we left then when we walked in. No communication was needed with other then, we arrived, and how do operate TV’s. Numerous remotes with each TV and no instructions at all. He did send someone to instruct me, but should be some kind of instructions in rooms. Then I wouldn’t have to call and bother him, which I got the impression I was.

Needs some TLC...

There was only 1 wash cloth between the 2 bathrooms. Gas fireplace didn't work properly. Gas grill could use some attention... Burner shields were rusted out. Door key code that we were given didn't unlock the door and had to call management to get the correct code. Some ceiling lights on porch were burned out.
