Our family had an excellent stay. The check in process went smoothly. The area was a quiet refuge after a busy day. The townhome was clean, spacious and met our needs. The sports complex uses an app to access it. The young lady at the desk was very helpful navigating it. If you have a large group I would recommend 2 people get the app. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you have a large group.

White Mountains Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have often stayed at Forest Ridge. The complex is quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool as well as just taking long walks or hiking. There are several nice restaurants to choose from. The rental itself easily accommodated our total of eight people. It was adequately furnished.

Great family place!

We rented as part of a family reunion, and it worked out great. The ability to rent the other side of the townhouse, 115b was really helpful.

Annual visit to the White mountains with friends

We loved this house and the location was perfect. A group of my friends join me every year to hike, swim, enjoy the beauty of the white mountains. This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of space, clean with everything needed. Plan on staying here again in the future.

Very nice rental. Spacious and clean and tastefully decorated. Television in all four bedrooms and both living rooms. Nice, quiet development. Only negative was the development's pool and clubhouse closed at 7;30 p.m.; a bit early for people on the go all day. Highly recommend this property.

Good space for family

The property was great, the only issue was that it was not clean. There were dead bugs on the floor, we found finger nail clippings in the living room and the floors in the downstairs were dusty and not vacuumed.

Pool issues

Great property, central to activities and shops. Disappointed that the inside pool and jacuzzi were closed for our entire stay and on Sunday the outdoor pool closed early. Would not recommend to families with children who love to swim after a long day. When we called the main desk they couldn’t help us with information on whether towels were available at poolside. Overall a nice place.

Great location

This townhouse is in a great location close to lots of fun activities for our kids. The indoor pool was a huge hit too on the rainy days. The townhouse is gorgeous, and we loved opening the slider and listening to the stream running behind the house while eating breakfast. We would definitely return, but all of that said, the cleanliness was a little lower than we would have liked, which is why I refrained from giving this 5 stars. The staff came and cleaned a bathroom for us on our second day when we mentioned a particularly lackluster cleaning of one of the toilets that we'd decided to avoid using up to that point. The upstairs had a strange scent we couldn't identify. We found mouse poop on the counter in the kitchen on our last morning and lots of other peoples food wrappers, clothing, and scraps of food on the kitchen floor and under the couches in the living room throughout our stay. As I said at the outset, we'd rent again but we'd know what to expect.

Overall a good place to stay

Overall it was great. It could have been a little cleaner. There was previous guests old soap with hair in the master shower still. The upstairs main bathroom had an issue with the tub draining. It was very large and spacious and easily slept the 9 people we had with us. The pool was close by just a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again if we come back to the area.
