This fabulous custom home sits right on the sand in quiet Tierra del Mar, with panoramic ocean views and a path to the beach right out the door. You’ll marvel at the fantastic natural setting from every window, and appreciate the upper-level great room and the vaulted ceilings and natural wood beams that bring in ocean light.
The living room features plush sofas and a gas fireplace, plus a lineup of handcrafted rocking chairs for gazing at the sea. The warm, versatile kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counters, slate backsplash, stainless appliances, and a double oven and ocean-view sink. A deck takes you out the back and down to the beach.
There’s an upper-level bedroom with a full bath; the downstairs has a queen bedroom plus a large, sunny bonus room with sofas for lounging. That makes Sea-Esta a terrific option for extra friends or family, who can enjoy space to themselves.
Tierra del Mar is close to Pacific City’s busy Cape Kiwanda, with its dining, shopping, fishing, and surfing, but worlds away if you prefer a quieter pace. The house was perfectly located on the beach with beautiful views. Our only complaint is that we were only there 2 nights!

Winter getaway
The view is just wonderful. I had a peaceful & serene stay and lots of fun with my dog on the beach.

Perfect location!
We had a great stay at this property. The upstairs great room area is large and was comfortable for our entire group. We loved the oceanview and easy access to the beach. Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful Beach Home
We had a wonderful time at the beach. Great views from the house and the beach was lovely. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

Great location
Great location and would love to stay again but hopefully the beds and couches will get an upgrade. Also more than 3 towels for a week long stay would be nice.

This is an oceanfront property, so location is great. Overall, the house was clean, not cluttered. The kitchen has has enough utensils, cookware, dishes and etc. However, this is a big house so most likely people are traveling with family; body wash, shampoo provided, wouldn’t be enough for more than 2 adults showering every day. I texted to ask about more body wash, I was told we’d have to purchase it. So bring your own. No tissue, 1 garbage bag per day, laundry detergent not enough. In short, if you have kids/ family with you, bring your own supplies. Would I stay there again? Yes, I would, but I’ll know in advance what I need to bring. The closest grocery store is about 20 - 25 mins drive.

I’m glad you enjoyed the oceanfront location and that the home felt clean and well stocked in the kitchen. I apologize the toiletries, tissues, garbage bags, and laundry supplies were insufficient for your group. We provide starter quantities that are intended to at least last for shorter stays or smaller parties, but I understand that’s sometimes not adequate for larger families. We have since updated our guest arrival info with more information on what we provide and how much, so guests can prepare accordingly.

Wonderful!!!!
We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck and the living area! The huge windows allowed us to enjoy the scenery while it rained outside. What a treat to walk off the deck right onto the beach! The house was clean, had all the dishes etc we needed.

Absolutely fantastic location!
The location was amazing, right on the pristine beach where you can walk for miles in each direction. The Pelican bar and grill was just a short drive away for oceanside dining. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, our only disappointment was that we specifically booked it for the king-size bed and it was only a queen, so nights weren't as comfortable and we had hoped. Overall it was a great stay!

Relaxing getaway
Outstanding larger home on the beach! Plenty of room for my small family, deck with breathtaking views on beach frontage that doesn’t allow vehicles. Place was clean, well-kept and perfect for our weekend escape from reality. Absolute gem!

An amazing home
What a beautiful home! The view was spectacular. Just steps to the beach. The house was very well equipped, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the home so much, we will be back someday.

Loved the location of this beach house - the beach is pretty private and low-key without crowds. The views from the house are fabulous! We traveled with another couple, and while the bed upstairs was comfortable, unfortunately the queen bed in the basement was not - it pulls you into the middle. The upstairs furniture is nice looking but you really sink down into the couches. The chairs in front of the window are nice for watching the ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked with dishes, but knives are very dull. We had a chirping smoke detector when we arrived, let the host know - but never received new batteries. They did bring over the trash bags that were missing however. So, while we all loved the location and views of this house, and it was clean (which is super important!), it wasn't as comfortable as we hoped for, and the host communication wasn't great. But overall, I rate it a 4 due to the positives.

Our maintenance team did take care of the alarm after check out and I'm sorry they weren't able to address it during your stay. A walk on the beach
My husband, 1 year old son and my parents had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely come back. Our only suggestions would be trimming down the hedges on the deck as the ocean view was obscured when seated because they had grown so tall, and some newer pans would be great as the nonstick surfaces were worn off. The location was great and the beach was beautiful!

Wonderful Home and Location
Beautiful location and wonderful house. This is all you need to relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast. Steps to the beach and amazing view of the incoming waves. Just minutes away from Pacific City and steps away from the sand. The amenities that the house offers is perfect; whether it’s to cook, go to the beach, or enjoy a relaxing bath in the oversized tub: this home caters well to its guests. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful view. East beach access. Well-stocked kitchen. Communicated a month and week in advance about some accomodations with the manager, who stated that they had been arranged, but they actually hadn't when we arrived. Reached out on our first night, and never heard back.

Amazing Location, Cozy, What a View!
Great place and fit the family perfectly.
Couch with white cover downstairs was a little dirty with some dog hair. Expected with pet friendly home.
Need new pots and pans for cooking. Wear and tear and made it difficult to cook.
I’ll bring a set and replace them out on next visit!

Property smelled horrible!
First let down is the unit did not have a tv upstairs or any queen beds in the unit!!! The listing stated that there were two queen beds. Second the downstairs furniture smelled like animal urine. When I contacted Meredith they offered no real solutions or partial refund. This was the worst booking experience we have ever had. I’d recommend taking your money elsewhere!
