We always strive to provide the best experience possible and had professional pest control complete a treatment prior to check-in, though unseasonably hot weather in October often pushes ants and bugs inside for shelter. Thank you for your review. This is a 6 bedroom 3 bath home w over 2100 square feet. We have plans to upgrade certain beds and replace with memory foam mattress. We are fully transparent about the neighborhood and its location by sharing the address online. One of your 7 guests damaged the shampoo/hair conditioner/body wash dispensers in the home and you never reported the damage & tried to put it back damaged. You were charged accordingly to replace it and the body wash etc contents inside.

We understand where you are coming from with the issues you encountered, especially with the trash and the outdoor lighting. Our gardeners are typically diligent about taking out the trash bins, but unfortunately, they faced a family illness that caused a temporary lapse. We’re addressing this to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We’re also in discussions with the owners to add more outdoor lighting by the driveway gate for better safety and convenience during late arrivals.
