Since they have made all community features unavailable, guests are required to remain at the vacation home while on-property during their entire stay

Beautiful Home. More for a quite family, and mature lifestyle audience. Not a party pad HOA is on alert. Breathtaking views, and Host was very accessible. Lots of room,and kitchen was lovely to cook in for the holidays.

Terrific location with beautiful views of the river. While the HOA restrictions were severe, we had a very nice stay. There were a few cleanliness issues upon check in but nothing too significant. The host should also consider stocking some basic kitchen spices (salt and pepper), to aid guest with their cooking.

Family Spring birthdays

Great property for multiple family to stay and each have their space. As well as a large gathering areas with the large kitchen, great room and outdoor deck. The view of the Snake River is incredible. Everyone was able to help with the birthday dinner given all the island space for prep, cooking, servicing, and cleanup. We have already recommended the property to others looking for a spacious place to stay.

Beautiful view

Beautiful property, well maintained. However a very difficult HOA that restricts all activities and limits any access to the community. Including golf course, hiking trails, and river access. So that part was disappointing

Perfect accomodations for our active group of 5 in early June. We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay down in the Snake River Canyon just above the Shoshone Falls. Driving down into the canyon to get to the home is a scenic drive itself! The views are incredible from the main living room of the home. The Canyon walls shoot straight up and the river runs thru it! A couple of deer hangout under the deck by the hotub area, we saw them everyday during our stay. On Day 1 we rented Kayaks from AWOL, found some ledges in the canyon to dock and swim in the Snake River. We saw 1/2 dozen parachute jumps from the Perrine Bridge while chillin in the Kayaks. Day 2 we ran a half marathon starting from the Falls and out to the golf course along the Snake River Canyon Rim paved trail. Difficult course but the views were incredible. After the race we drove to the Hot Springs then back to the house for S'mores at propane fire pit. Day 3 we drove up to Sun Valley for Horse back riding and then we pushed further north to Redfish Lake Lodge and the Saw Tooth Mountains. Day 4 we drove out to the Boise River Trail and rented E- Bikes. We checked out and drove down to SLC. For our group we were not impacted by the sub division rules. Twin Falls Downtown is about a 15 minute drive. Twin falls has all the popular Franchise restaurants and local craft establishments that we frequented. On the Canyon Rim by the Golf Course there are 2 restaurants that have amazing views of the canyon. Just book it!

Restricted to Quarters

(1) Listing states that guests are not allowed on HOA "paths". Actually guests are not allowed to walk down the neighborhood streets, i.e. restricted to quarters. (2) The A/C (or some HVAC or water system?) in the primary bedroom bangs loudly all night. You cannot use the primary bedroom as a place to sleep. I request a partial refund.

There are rules in place by the HOA to maintain the quality of the property and community. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following: - Our place is a wonderful location to stay while seeing the area around Twin Falls and Jerome. The home has a seating area with views of the canyon, a studio room over the garage that is popular with children, and a large kitchen with everything you would need to cook your favorite meal. Plus, we offer a nice patio BBQ and a relaxing hot tub - We are working on quickly updating our property listing to make sure our future guests have clear expectations about what to expect when they visit our property based on the Country Club Estates HOA restrictions - We are also happy to share that we have repaired the well water issues that were causing noisy pipes in the bedroom - Guests are encouraged during their visit to remain on our beautiful half-acre property where the vacation home is located. The Country Club Estates HOA restrictions do not allow guests to walk around the community. The HOA also does not allow our guests to use the walking paths, the golf course, or the river access. Signs are posted throughout the community to make this clear We do all we can to ensure an enjoyable stay and we look forward to offering hospitality to many future guests. Not stocked correctly

The home was nice but there were to many negative notes posted throughout the house such as ( if you haven’t eaten it, don’t flush it) in the bathrooms. how bad the hoa was and the neighbors. Also no extra blankets,not enough towels,no wash cloths for kitchen. Overall i would not stay there again

Surprise Birthday for our Mom

This house served us well. There was 6 of us, plus we would pick our mom up and take her back to her assisted living due to her kitty. Home was nice and clean. Plenty of room for all of us. As for sitting and visiting in living room, it would be nice if the gray sofa set in den/bedroom be switched with the green living room set as there was only enough room for 4 people to sit, the sofas while lovely, were quite soft and provided no support. Due to the many signs indicating no moving of furniture allowed we had to make do.. Kitchen was very nice and workable, beds all comfy. The high chairs in dining room could use a very good scrubbing or reupholstery. All in all, we had a very nice time. The neighbors are quite noticeably not happy having a short term rental in their neighborhood, I would guess maybe due to large parties being held, not really sure. Would most definitely rent again.

Wonderful views, but inaccessible

This is a spectacular property, the view is magnificent, it is easy to get to, the house is great! There was plenty of room for us, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the yard is exceptional, the hot tub was nice, the property manager was attentive. Overall our stay was very good. There were some downsides: the house was not well stocked. Soap dispensers were practically empty when we arrived, very few trash bags and paper towels (we ended up buying some) very few and low quality towels. The biggest issue is that while you have a lovely view of the river and the park, guests are not permitted to enjoy them. In fact, the only place guests can be is in the house or yard or in the car leaving or coming (you can't even walk on the road). The HOA is not friendly and it was clear from all the signage in the property as well as a conversation with a neighbor walking her dog when we arrived, that being in any of the common areas of the neighborhood would get everyone in big trouble. So that was sad and frustrating. But, despite these downsides, the property worked well for our purposes and we felt blessed to have such beautiful scenery.
