* Bedrooms: 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms equipped with fans and plush bedding for a comfortable night’s sleep. The upper-level bedrooms feature portable AC units to keep you cool during warm summer nights.

*Bathrooms: The layout features two distinct bathrooms to comfortably accommodate your group—one full bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower) and one half-bathroom (toilet and sink), officially designated on the platform as 1.5 baths.

*Indoor Entertainment: Take advantage of our unlimited high-speed internet, a library of hundreds of movies, board games, or challenge family and friends to a game of pool in the great room.

🏞️ OUR RUGGED WATERFRONT & ECOSYSTEM
Boasting 168 feet of private shoreline, guests can easily launch kayaks or a small boat directly into our protected waterfront area. Please note that our shoreline is a completely natural, rugged limestone cove ecosystem—not a manicured sandy beach.

The water in our cove is crystal-clear and remarkably shallow for a long distance, making it beautiful for peaceful wading, splashing, and fishing. Because Great Lakes water levels naturally fluctuate, the shallow entry currently stretches quite far out, meaning guests will enjoy a longer, scenic wade outward to reach deeper swimming waters.

Note on Nature: Being surrounded by beautiful, untouched nature means we share the area with seasonal insects like mosquitoes, especially right around dusk. We provide an outdoor solar mosquito zapper to help reduce them, but we highly recommend packing your preferred bug spray to comfortably enjoy the stargazing and evening views!

📋 PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS & LICENSED CAPACITY
Our rental cottage is fully licensed and strictly inspected by local authorities to guarantee the highest safety and regulation standards. To comply with our short-term rental license, all booking guests must agree to our pre-arrival process:

1. Guest Registration: The primary guest must complete a quick registration form listing the names of all attendees prior to check-in.

2. Licensed Capacity: We have a strict maximum capacity of 10 guests total on the property at any time. To comply with local licensing laws, this group can include no more than 8 adults (children and infants count toward the overall 10-person total).

🔇 MANDATORY TOWNSHIP BYLAWS & GUIDELINES
To respect our local community and follow municipal laws, all guests must sign a Northern Bruce Peninsula Code of Conduct consent form prior to arrival. The township strictly enforces standard bylaws, and legal fines issued by the Bylaw Office for violations will be deducted directly from the security deposit:
- Quiet Hours: No excessive noise from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and Sunday before 12:00 PM.
- No Parties: Strictly no events, parties, or large unauthorized gatherings. Outdoor speakers/audio are prohibited at all times.
- Fireworks Ban: Personal fireworks are completely banned by the municipality year-round.
- Fire Safety: No outdoor daytime burning is allowed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Absolutely no fires are permitted during active municipal fire bans.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome but must remain on a secure leash at all times when outdoors.

🗑️ CHECKOUT & GARBAGE POLICY
To keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests, we ask that you leave the cottage neat and tidy (wash used dishes, wipe counters, and lock up). To prevent attracting local wildlife, loose garbage bags must never be left outdoors. We offer two easy choices for waste at checkout:
* Free Option: Drop all waste and recycling off for free at the local landfill site on your way home (directions and hours are provided in our guest guide).
* Convenience Option: Choose to leave your sealed garbage bags neatly inside the kitchen entryway, and we will handle disposal for a convenience fee of $20 per bag.
