Chris was an excellent host and provided great communication about the property and helpful suggestions about our visit. It's a great location and not too distant walk to the falls. Our granddaughter loved the pool and the outside area was really nice. The stairs down to the apartment are pretty steep so that's a consideration when booking it. It was also really chilly in the apartment so make sure to bring something warm to wear - especially during the summer when the air conditioning is on. It does lack a couple of conveniences like a dishwasher and an ice maker, but the beds are very comfortable and the layout was nice for our group.

Enjoyed our family vacation

We loved our stay with the spacious bedrooms, the pool was wonderful, and the owner was super nice. We loved the proximity to the falls.

Great spot right by the falls!

This place met all of our needs for staying near the falls and was super close to all of the attractions. Had everything we needed and was super comfortable! I would most definitely stay here again!

The property is very clean, bigger than we expected and well kept. The host helped us figure how to watch our team in the ALCS which we really appreciated! And the location is close to Niagara Falls, you could walk but we chose to drive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great trip

House was great, with everything we needed. Chris was very nice and helpful with lots of tips about the area. Kids loved the pool. We would highly recommend!

Family Wedding Visit

Amazing stay and location!

Everything about this place is perfect! We booked for my bachelorette party and had a blast. The shared space isn’t bad either. Chris makes you feel right at home and has a lot of knowledge of the area. We had a great time and couldn’t recommend it enough! Thank you!!

Great trip, great location!

My family and I, 6 people in all (3 children) had a wonderful adventure in Niagara Falls, Canada! The property was the perfect size. All of the beds were very comfortable and there were a TON of extra blankets and pillows located throughout. Our stay was comfortable and convenient being a very short drive down to the falls. Chris, our host, lives on property and was not only very responsive, but a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for a lovely place to stay!

The host seemed very welcoming, we had an issue with the TV not connecting to the internet to stream Netflix. The host came down to try to fix the problem, the issue persisted, the next day he went out and bought a new tv and it fixed the streaming issue. Highly recommend this place to stay. Even though it was winter time when we booked, we didn't get a chance to use the pool area, however I feel that is a great option to have as well. Property was close to the attractions, host recommended to us places to go for dinner and different attractions to see. He was great.

Pool life

The grounds of the property were gorgeous lots of beautiful flowers in the pool very well taken care of. It had a nice big barbecue that we were able to use for dinner one night that was spectacular alsoInside it is very spacious and everyone really liked the great mattresses on the bed.Location was great. Very close to Niagara Falls and just a short drive from the beautiful Niagara on the lake.Our host was very welcoming and it was great to get a lot of good information for touring the area from him.All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls Canada!

Amazing Location and perfect accommodation's

This location is perfect. a nice spot with a pool just a walk away (15 minutes) from the falls. Perfect place to stay to take your family on a Niagara falls adventure. very nice rooms, very clean, kitchen etc - everything you need. And the pool is really nice and perfect for those in between moments when the 8 year old still needed something to do. Chris was so gracious and so accommodating, answered every question/text and was really helpful when we were there!

Brother inlaws birthday weekend

Chris was an amazing host, we had an incredible weekend. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and the strip but far enough away to have a nice quiet night by the fire. The basement was spacious enough to have our own space away from each other but also had those common areas to hang out in. We also loved the conversations we had with you chris, youre such a nice person, we will definitely be booking again.

Great place to stay

My husband and I and my sister and her husband stayed for 4 nights snd had a lovely time. My sister was traveling from California and arrived late one night before I got there. No issue at all for her getting in house late during the night. My husband and I arrived the next day from South Carolina. Chris the owner was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely book this house.

Great property, Convenient to the falls

Clean home and owner was on site for us which was comforting. 3 bedrooms, 2 with full baths and all clean. My wife and I took the bedroom without the bath and let the kids have the bedrooms with bathrooms which was good as they could take their long showers. You can't really walk to the Niagara attractions but the savings over 2 hotel rooms was great. Recommended for families who are tired of sharing a hotel room with their kids. The pool really defines oasis, the backyard is stunning.

Convenient Niagara Falls location

The place was very spacious and clean with up-to-date fixtures and well decorated. Great facilities for cooking and relaxing. Centrally located to the downtown area and Niagara Falls area. Within walking distance to both attractions. Pool and outside areas were well maintained. I was a bit surprised by the fact that the whole indoor space, where we stayed was in the basement with steep stairs. I would recommend warning guest that might have difficulty with stairs to be aware. Also no direct outdoor entrance, seemed like it could be problematic. Host were friendly and welcoming, it was especially nice that they were life long locals with good navigation skills.

It was very nice. Didn’t realize we were sharing the house with the host. He was great though. If I would have read all the reviews I would have known but it was not bad at all. Chris gave a lot of great recommendations. Didn’t get to all of them but the passes definitely a good call. Parking around the falls was bad and those passes got us around the falls effortlessly. House was in a great location for everything. House was gorgeous didn’t get to use the pool since we were out and about. That backyard is gorgeous. Well maintained house and yard. All the rooms were great sizes. Great space for any vacation.

Property was very nice and clean. We weren’t aware the owner lives on site but he wasn’t really around and was reachable by text or phone call. The rented space is down in the basement - sunshine lovers would miss out but rooms and place is very spacious. Everything you would need is available. Backyard is big and would be lovely to use during summer time. The gate to the back was locked - had to ask owner to unlock for us. You had to walk out and around the house to get there. Overall we had a nice stay.

I am happy you enjoyed your stay. The pool gate is kept locked while the pool is closed. I did not open the pool this year till the 17th of May so not much point in leaving the gate open. Judit, I hope you will come and stay at my place again.
