Wonderful and clean home! The pool was amazing and the beds were all very comfortable. Also the AC was great, something that’s hard to come by on beachside in my opinion. The property managers were also amazing and so easy to work with. Would book again for sure!

Just a great comfortable home unusually well stocked and very quiet except for New Year’s Eve, the fireworks were over the top no pun intended.A very nice neighborhood and very close to the beach and Publix supermarket and countless restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than pictured. The house was spacious and comfortable for 6 of us. The pool was a highlight for us—private, relaxing, and very well kept. We spent a lot of time enjoying it. We loved the added bonus of bikes! The location couldn’t have been better. It was ideal for both a vacation getaway and for visiting our student at Florida Tech, with easy access to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We have family in the area so visit fairly frequently and this was a great find! It was close to everything we like to do and we all had space to spread out. Loved the outdoor space and covered patio - perfect for a nap! Nicely furnished and well appointed. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay

The property was adorable, clean, and had everything our family needed for cooking and going to the beach. The kids even found some games to play. The pool had a cooler, which made all the difference. We enjoyed the decor and we wish we had more time there to explore the park nearby.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was well appointed with everything we needed, and the property manager was very proactive - gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Weather was too cold and rainy for us to go to the beach, but the house is close to many beach parks with lots of parking and good amenities.

Quiet Neighborhood

House was wonderful and exactly as described. Beth was a great host and answered all of our questions! Unfortunately we had to leave in the middle of our trip due to hurricane, but would be back.

Thanksgiving With Relatives

Very pleasant week. Location is within a mile or two of anything needed to enjoy a great vacation. Would rent again. Adjacent Park is a real bonus. House happened to be logistically ideally located within our son living a few blocks away.

Enjoyed our stay, large kitchen dining area, nice patio outback, easy access to really nice park with heated pool. Services and restaurants readily available. The house is a bit too small with the master bedroom right off the living room .Beautiful beach.

Sister trip

Property was clean and perfect amount of space for the three of us. Location was fine for us.. drove or rode bikes to the beach and enjoyed fitness classes at Gleason Park. Only issue was the pool pump which was working well during our stay. Property manager was responsive and attentive.

Nice time in nice home in Melbourne.

Nice home with nice large kitchen and pool out back. However, a cactus by the pool should be removed, 4 of our friends and family came in contact with it while enjoying the pool and spent time pulling out cactus spikes. The 5 yr. old really didn't like it. The park behind the house is also nice.

A wonderful 4 1/2 stars stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, comfortable, and more than enough for our group of 4. The outdoor space was perfect: big yard, large pool, plenty of space for lovers of sun & shade and a nice table for all our meals. We did unfortunately experience some issues with the pool pump not working properly for a healthy portion of our 2-week stay but we still were able to use it everyday. The kitchen and BBQ were in good shape and we enjoyed cooking in the space. There are a few things to address for renters, for example we had to buy pads to address rusted knives in the block before using them. The location is quiet, right next to a park, and only a short drive to the grocery store and beaches. We appreciated some of the extras such as beach chairs in the garage and ample towels for bath and beach. The info package was thorough and offered many spots on recommendations for good meals. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful in Every Way!

My family of 6 stayed here for a week to attend a youth baseball tournament. We ranged in age from 70-5, and this place was perfect all around for everyone. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We were able to bring chairs, shade, etc. from the house to the beach and there were plenty of pool toys to keep my three boys occupied. The pool was a big hit! If we were at the house, a kid was probably in the pool. The location was perfect. We spent a lot of time at the baseball field, but when we weren’t there, we had plenty nearby to keep us occupied. A highlight was getting up in the middle of the night to watch a rocket launch from the backyard. Beth was great to work with all around, and was quick to respond when we had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again if/when we return. Highly recommend. I can’t even think of a single thing to complain about.

Beth was in touch before our arrival and checked in throughout our stay, making sure every detail was perfect. Her communication was thoughtful, timely, and genuinely caring, which set the tone for a wonderfully relaxing visit. The location could not be better. Tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood beside beautiful Gleason Park, the home offers the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience. It’s a five‑minute drive to the beach, a short stroll to a well‑stocked supermarket, and just as close to a great selection of high‑quality restaurants—everything you need is right at your fingertips. The accommodation itself is absolutely stunning. The interior is spotless, stylish, and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly want, including a much‑appreciated water and ice dispenser—perfect after a warm Florida day. Every room feels thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The outdoor space is a true highlight. The covered patio area is spacious, beautifully furnished, and ideal for relaxing at any time of day. The large pool is perfect for cooling off, and the entire backyard feels private, peaceful, and wonderfully inviting. We cannot recommend this rental highly enough. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would return without hesitation. A truly exceptional stay.

It is very nice and well decorated in a mid century modern style. The kitchen and pool were nice. Great location. 2 beds were comfortable but the twin bed was hard and creaked so much it woke my daughter repeatedly.
