Thanks so much for allowing us to host your stay, Mark! Not sure what would have made your 4-star a 5, but we hope you experience was nothing short of clean, comfortable, and FUN!

Thank you for the fantastic review! We're honored to have passed inspection from our "Picky New Yorkers" panel. We're so glad your first trip to Galveston was a great one and that the house felt safe, comfortable, and conveniently located for visiting family. We're especially happy you enjoyed the backyard. As for the mosquitoes, we agree they're the one guest we never invited! Unfortunately, after coastal rains and warm Gulf weather, they sometimes show up unannounced. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope Galveston earned a spot on your travel list. We'd love to welcome you back anytime for round two!

We're so glad you had an excellent stay Dylan! Thank you for the 5-stars, compliments and being such a wonderful guest to host! We would be delighted to have you back again!

Wonderful news, and we are delighted you found this home and location nothing short of clean, comfortable, and fun! We would love to host you again!

We're glad you found the home itself clean and enjoyed the space for your family gathering. As a coastal island property, the outdoor areas are constantly exposed to wind, wildlife, birds, and other natural elements that can change significantly between routine inspections and guest arrivals. While our team thoroughly cleans and prepares the home before each stay, occasional outdoor surprises such as bird activity or wildlife can unfortunately occur after a property has been serviced. We certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay, as we were not contacted regarding the outdoor conditions you encountered. Our team is always happy to respond and assist when issues are brought to our attention. This home has definitely been a guest favorite and has earned many 5-star reviews over time, which makes us especially proud of the experience it typically provides. We appreciate you sharing your observations and will pass them along to our crew as we continue working to maintain the property for future guests. We take all feedback to heart. Thank you for allowing us to host you.
