From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the serenity of the setting. Towering pines surround the property, creating a sense of privacy and connection to nature that’s rare to find. Step outside to the stunning backyard patio—an inviting sanctuary complete with a cozy fire pit, hammock, and ample seating to relax, unwind, and soak in the forested ambiance.



Inside, the home is equally welcoming. Every element has been curated to provide a warm and stylish stay, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities throughout. The converted garage offers a fun recreation area featuring a ping pong table and casual lounge seating—perfect for friendly games and memorable moments with your group.

Additional Property Information:

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.



PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

House was clean and cozy. A bit smaller than expected from photos but clean and comfortable and the back yard is beautiful and perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and plenty of towels and basics.

This was a great place for our visit! Just enough space for our family of 5, wonderful time spent in the backyard and the kids wanted nothing more than to relax in the hammocks everyday. We took beautiful evening walks around the neighborhood and down to the river. Had some trouble with the internet being very glitchy but other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of friendly folks out walking their dog or just out for a nice walk. You can even reach a boat ramp to the Willamette River on a nice little walk. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the whole group took advantage of the nice backyard area. The dining table is a perfect size for playing games and having meals together. Portland is easily within reach for lots of fun activities. Overall a great choice for our family of teenagers and a couple of adults.

The property was peaceful and surrounded by mature trees, quiet neighbors and tucked away from anything busy. A perfect place to relax with family but close enough to be doing something fun within 10 minutes.

The home is designed for a fun family experience- we enjoyed it during a short stay. Also the neighborhood is INCREDIBLE- loved the lake view and the boat launch to the river is walking distance:)

House was excellent. Location was perfect for having a pet. Quite neighborhood to walk the dog. Was in walking distance of an a great park on the Willamette River and also walking distance to an elementary school that doubles as a dog park. Then only a few minute drive to Elk Rock park. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos of the property don’t accurately depict it. The property is tired and there are noticeable do it yourself oddities - where the kitchen tile meets the wood floor there are large gaps with accumulated dirt. The game room is a garage with a ping pong table - that’s fine but it’s a very dirty garage with stuff everywhere covered in dust and dirt. The house was overall just not clean - dirt under your feet, in corners and cobwebs in skylights. For us - the worst thing was there’s almost zero water pressure in the main shower - making that unusable. There’s no working ice maker in the fridge and someone left an opened stale bag of store ice. It wasn’t a comfortable stay so we cannot recommend this to others.

We were 4 out of town adults renting for two nights for a family event. I don't know how many countries between the four of us we have been to, but this place is at the bottom of our list.This house should be taken off the rental market. It felt dirty, not cared for in the least. The windows and screens were filthy.The small closet bathroom didn't have a venting fan; the RV style plastic shower enclosure was missing rings that hold the shower curtain. The sink was so tiny one could barely brush their teeth. As it didn't even have a mirror, my brother had to use the primary bathroom for shaving. The primary bathroom had a stained old tub and cheap plastic enclosure. Everything felt like an eighty dollar a night roadside motel including broken and cheap furniture. The lighting in the house is terrible. In the second bedroom, the frame was broken causing a hole in the center of the mattress. The decor was tacky at best. The golden eagle bust over the door should grab your attention.The kitchen island was lacking drawers or fronts. Just hung black curtains in the space. The oven was dirty. The kitchen floor was pieced in with no finish edge. No fine finishes here. The yard was a mess and boards in the deck around the fire pit are rotten. I would NEVER stay here again and cannot understand the ratings given by others. The only thing this place has going is the location, but at the price we paid it leaves an awful taste in my mouth. We were duped!

Home was equipped with everything you need. And it felt like a home, not a quick rental, which is exactly what we were looking for. Beds were comfy, it was quiet in the neighborhood, and the outdoor space was magical. Highly recommend for family's.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The location is fantastic and the setting is beautiful! We loved the backyard/grill area and we were close to anything we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and easily walkable. Check in was smooth and we appreciated the digital instructions/information. My kids loved the ping pong table. The water pressure in the master bedroom is very weak but the other bathroom was great, we just had to take turns in the morning. The host was very attentive and responses were very fast. We would stay again!

The property is listed as “Spectacular” with “game room w/ping pong” and “gorgeous patio”. This house is anything but Spectacular and Gorgeous. It is an old house that needs a facelift very badly. It is in poor shape and is very tired. 1. The “game room” is in the garage along with tools and equipment and the ping pong table is broken in half. 2. The kitchen faucet is broken. 3. The Ice-maker is broken. 4. The water pressure is very poor and the water was tepid - never getting very hot. 5. The grout in the bathrooms is stained and some is missing entirely. 6. The kitchen cabinets doors are sticky and dirty.7. The central HVAC worked okay but the floor register in the master bath is directly next to and slightly in front of the toilet requiring one to step on it to sit down. And it’s plastic and not secured to the floor. 8. The runner (rug) in the hallway curled up at the end. This caused us to trip quite frequently. 9. The deck needed sweeping prior to arrival. It was quiet and the washer/dryer are brand new. Everything else was subpar.
