We had a great week-long stay in Cocoa Beach, and the condo worked well for our group of 5. It is well-stocked for spending the day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.), and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. While not directly facing the beach, the balcony has a nice view of the ocean/beach and is a nice place to start off the morning with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed our visit, the communication was great, and we would happily rent again in the future.

We were so pleased with this property! Generally, beach side condos tend to run small. This was unexpectedly spacious! The living room actually sat more than 2 people, the primary bedroom was very large, and the second bedroom had a double and a twin with room to spare. The kitchen was typical layout but very well equipped. We had a maintenance issue that was resolved promptly and everyone we dealt with was so pleasant. And there was so much beach equipment-including a cooler, chairs, and umbrella. There were even boogie boards. This is most unusual. It's also in a great location and the beach was very nice. Absolutely recommend.

The property was clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys were much appreciated.
