Michael C. stayed for 14 nights. He and/or someone in his group left the property with blood or wine-stained towels, duvet, and bed sheets. No one in the group reported the damage. We had to replace them. This is considered intentional damage. We are a local team and are always available and able to evaluate any HVAC problems or discomfort on any level. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you during the trip to be able to do that.
