We’re located at one of the most famous spots on Barra Beach—just imagine the wonderful location you’ll get to enjoy. We have a sun deck on the 4th floor where you can catch a glimpse of the most beautiful sunrise and sunset you’ve ever seen in your life!!! We also have a private hot tub with a retractable roof.
Our apartment has everything you need to ensure a comfortable and unique stay.

Our apartment is actually a compact four-story home; the rooms are small but comfortable and spacious.
On the first floor, we have our gourmet area with a retractable awning, featuring an electric grill, a countertop sink with cabinets, a small high table, and our private hot tub in the same space.
The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all in the same open space, along with a full bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, closets, and a bathroom (not en suite).
On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a very spacious balcony.
On the fourth floor, there’s also a sun deck where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

You can use the entire space, which has two entrances: the small gate facing the ocean and the garage, which provides access to the apartment through the kitchen door.

It’s important to note that, since this is a tourist spot right by the beach, it’s a very busy area with live music at several nearby beach bars, in addition to Pepê’s beach bar. If you’re looking to relax, this isn’t the place for you!!

No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed only on the sun deck.

Tips for using the apartment in Rio de Janeiro

Electric grill: don’t forget to add water to the tray beneath the grill to prevent smoke. I recommend unplugging it when not in use, because if someone turns up the thermostat without realizing it, it could cause burns

The roof over the Jacuzzi area is retractable; it opens manually with a rope. It must be closed at night.

Girls, please remove your makeup before using the towels and bedding!!!! Please!!!

There are two supermarkets near the house: Zona Sul, which is within walking distance (but has higher prices), and Mundial, which has more reasonable prices.
