- Geelong is the second largest city in Victoria, and is only a 45 minute drive to Melbourne.
- It is a 30 minute drive from the start of The Great Ocean Road, which is located at Torquay beach.
- Geelong is close to two of Victoria's airports - it is 20 minutes drive to Avalon airport, and 1 hours drive to Tullamarine airport.
- Geelong is approximately 20 minutes drive from several wineries located in the Bellerine Peninsula wineries

It's easy to get around Geelong by car. Walking is also an option as the house is in very close proximity to the interesting and must see places in Geelong.

1. We do require a response to our pre-booking questions when we ask.

2. Standard check-in time is 3PM onward. Standard check-out time is 10AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

3. VERY STRICT NOISE CURFEW (10PM-8AM)

4. House Rate & Occupancy Limit: 6 guests

5. Must climb stairs (not steep).

6. AMENITY LIMITATIONS:
WE DO NOT HAVE the following:
*backyard or grass area
*bathtub
*Beach amenities
*BBQ amenities
*A house with a view (next to a vacant factory site)
*Not a front beach house
*Netflix guest account

7. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are worried of the possible 2-3 minute noise that might come at around 9.30 am and also around 5.30 pm as the garage of the Geelong eastern beach tourist train for hire is in front of our house. This is not a daily occurrence though.

8. House Airbnb cancellation policy is FIRM. Please check cancellation and refund schedule before confirming your booking.
