This property is perfect for a family stay in Lincoln City. Amazing views from the house, easy access to the beach and very close to everything in town. It has all the necessities to make your stay very comfortable. The managers were very attentive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

The ocean view and access at "A Beautiful Day" was truly magnificent! We hosted our 2 adult children with their families (5 grandchildren) and one doodle grand-dog for a week and we all had a wonderful time. Notable hits were the one footed sea-gull named Hershal that hung out with us, flying kites, soaking in the hot tub and incredible windows to soak in the ocean view! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfy. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The tide pools are an easy walk from the house as are several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again!

Perfect location for our family.
This was the perfect house for our family. The kids loved the hot tub and we all loved how easy it was to get to the beach. The views were amazing.

House was clean and the views were spectacular! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Unfortunately, we had trouble with the hot tub. We were not told that it was in sleep mode and had a whole day lost between trying to heat it, contact the host and receive maintenance. It never got be hot enough to enjoy. There were a couple other maintenance needs that we passed along to the host as well.

I’m sorry the hot tub didn't feel hot enough, but we did have our maintenance team inspect it the day you checked out and it was at 104 degrees. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have happily sent our maintenance team out to validate and remedy your concerns.

Great place
We loved the location and house. Though many stairs it was a great house and we loved our visits from Herschel.

Beautiful location!
This house is magnificent! Beautiful ocean views from the gorgeous deck. Lovely home and very well-maintained and clean. This was a multi-gen family reunion and we loved this house!!

Great time together
The setting was great for being inside and watching the waves crashing on the shore - conveniently located and just a great space to spend time playing games, cooking meals and enjoying each other’s company.

Beautiful house in a perfect location.
I wanted to rent a beach house for spring break and to celebrate my 20 year wedding anniversary… and this house was perfect. Beautiful ocean front view and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be back.

Our Beach Adventure
A Beautiful Day home is fantastic. The home is beautiful. Loved the way it was set up and everyone was able to find room to relax or play in . The ocean was just steps away and sitting on the deck watching the waves come in is fantastic. Having the Hot tub to relax in after exploring the coastline was a great way to wind down after an adventurous day .

Amazing
Overall, our experience not only with the booking process but the check in and check out was great. The property it self was a perfect getaway for our families 1st trip. I highly recommend this property and will be visiting again soon.

Wonderful location and an outstanding view!Sadly, on arrival, the hot tub was very dirty and not usable. This was one of the two main reasons we selected this rental, so it was disappointing that it was not ready for use.I contacted the management company when we arrived. After three days of my daily follow up communication, no one came to clean the hot tub or prepare it for use.The management company initially offered a refund total of 50 (3-night stay) which I declined because of the cost of this rental and the advertised amenities. They later offered a maximum refund equal to 150 (I pushed back for this), which I ultimately had to except.Overall, I was truly saddened by the situation and by a refund that did not feel reasonable given the additional cost associated with having a hot tub available. When I researched this, it ranged from an additional rental charge of 100-150/night additional charge dependent on the size of home. This one sleeping 12 seemed to be at the top end of this.If you rent here, I highly suggest confirming with management after booking that the hot tub will be ready for use upon arrival. If it is not ready, request a refund that is reasonable in relation to the price charged for that amenity and get this in writing. Lesson learned here!

I'm glad the location and view were happy highlights of your stay, and truly sorry we were not able to service the hot tub before you checked out. The maintenance team was unexpectedly understaffed that week and were not able to complete nearly as many projects as we had hoped. That should have been communicated to you more clearly and you should have received regularly updates on their availability. We have since worked with them on better organizing their schedules in particularly straining weeks so that our guests receive the service they deserve. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
