Situated on close to five acres and sleeping up to 15 people (maximum 14 adults), this stunning property is ideal for 2-3 families or a large group of friends wishing to reunite in absolute luxury. The estate’s grand entrance and manicured gardens induces an opulent energy that permeates throughout the entire abode.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 6 sizeable bedrooms – all beautifully decorated and offer ducted air-conditioning and soft linen ensuring your stay is comfortable and stress free.
The notable main bedroom includes an extensive walk-in-wardrobe, plush spa bath and offers easy access to the pool and multiple alfresco entertaining areas. The top-class Ziegler, 4-burner & side burner Bbq allows guests to cook up a storm, while taking advantage of the exceptional mountainous views and splendid sunsets over a bottle of red.

There are 3 bathrooms, plus a powder room. The spacious ensuite bathroom boasts a spa bath and there is also a bath in the main bathroom. The third bathroom is an ensuite to bedroom 5, and there is an additional seperate WC

The open plan kitchen has state-of-the-art Miele appliances (steamer, microwave/griller, oven and induction stove-top), stainless steel essentials (dishwasher, fridge/freezer and double sink), and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is also a Nutri-bullet and DeLonghi Expresso machine (pods included). A walk-in pantry with bar fridge adjoins the kitchen and envelopes out on a sun-drenched courtyard and vegetable/herb garden.

Choices of where to dine and unwind are limitless with both formal and informal lounge/dining available, as well as an impressive games room complete with snooker table, library, board games, Smart Tv, Wi-Fi, jbl sound system and cosy three seater oversized couches. This ideal space to relax – both for children and adults, conveniently opens out onto a paved footpath which leads to a full size tennis court, grassy yard with fire pit and walking track where you are sure to experience some of the area’s most unique wildlife.

With Berry township just around the corner you can experience some of the finest bakeries and cafes in the area while indulging in a bit of retail therapy at the many homeware stores dotted along Queen St. For the more adventurous, the pristine waters of Seven Mile, Gerringong and Gerroa beaches are just a short drive away – perfect for long walks, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and surfing.

Please also be aware that Cctv cameras monitor the entry and driveway to Bella Casa.

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 7 nights. Bookings throughout January are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay. Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". The rates set by Latitude South Coast are calculated as a fixed amount for the first two nights followed by a lower nightly rate, or length of stay rates. This allows you to add extra nights at a discounted rate (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't allow for the way we set our rates in their calculation. Please let us know if you have any questions about this.

Standard check in time is 3pm, checkout time is 10am. Where possible and only outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late checkouts will be offered where possible, but not guaranteed.

This property is advertised for the purpose of a holiday, not a party house or function centre. It is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet area. Guests that don't respect our neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond as per the terms and conditions. If you are planning a party, function, hens, bucks, schoolies, wedding or other gathering, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.

W H A T W E P R O V I D E

To Make Your Stay Easy And Comfortable L A T I T U D E S O U T H C O A S T ensures linen is supplies for all guests, all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and bath mats. Main beds are made up for you for your convenience when you arrive. Where there is a fold out sofa or trundle, linen will be left for you.

K I T C H E N: Cooking essentials (pots and pans) and utensils are provided. If you are planning on cooking a specialty dish requiring a tagine, crock pot or cast iron casserole dish, we recommend you bring your own.

C L E A N I N G S U P P L I E S: We provide surface cleaner, washing up detergent, dishwashing tablets/powder, kitchen cloths as well as cleaning equipment and tools for the B B Q.
Items like cling wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels are also provided for your convenience. The pantry has all the basics including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.

Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper. The property will have at least one set of shampoo and conditioner. We refill products supplied at the property to reduce the amount of plastic waste. Guests that remove these items from a property will be charged for replacement items to restock the property.

Laundry powder or liquid is supplied for the washing machine.

1 standard travel Cot and 1 highchair is provided at no extra cost. We don't provide linen for your infant so please bring your own if required.
