Our stay was great! The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood self safe and I would most definitely stay again. The communication with the host was fantastic! They notified me that the house was ready to check-in earlier than expected, checked in made sure everything was okay with our stay after we arrived, and sent a follow up message after we left. I would recommend this house if you're staying in the area!

It was clean. Good communication. Very outdated inside. Carpets are worn and wrinkled in the bedrooms. Some of the blinds are broken. Couch smells like it’s seen a lot of people. Grass was really high. Dead cockroach in the kitchen. House needs work for the price charged. I’ve stayed at a few VRBOs before this one.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the home clean and that our communication was good. We’re sorry that some aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the worn carpeting, blinds, couch, and landscaping to our attention. We’ll be reviewing these items with our maintenance and property teams to determine what needs to be addressed. We also apologize for the dead cockroach you encountered. We do have pest control servicing the property, and we’ll make sure this is addressed as well. We truly value our guests’ feedback and use it to continue improving our properties. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. To our future guests the issues that can be fixed have been and we do our best to make your stay a great one.

Solid Location

We were attending a meeting at UNC Charlotte so the house was the perfect location. It is a very convenient to UNC Charlotte which would be good for families moving their college students in but need a little more space versus a hotel. It has a big living room, the master bedroom is large and the other two bedrooms were of good size as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Pet friendly, though the yard was not completely fenced in, we did not have an issue with it. The communication was super fast and friendly. Everything was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The heating and the air conditioner worked great. The shower had great water pressure. The kitchen had everything needed if I were to cook it. I did not use it for that. Overall, a great place to stay.

Concert trip

We booked the place for a couple days to attend a concert they were having in town. It was very homely and pleasant, neighborhood was close to the venue which made it very convenient. They had brochures about things to do in the area which was nice so we could do some things besides the concert while we were down there. The overall experience was great and the house was great as well!

Close to PNC Arena

My friends and I came for a music festival, and the house was perfect. It was walking distance from the venue, which was perfect for us. The backyard is a nice place to sit and relax. The house has mini amenities including laundry soap, but some of the light switches didn’t work. The neighborhood is nice also, and there’s a lot to do in the area. I would stay here again the next time I visit.
