12 Schick street, Loxton is just a few minutes drive from the Murray River. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with open plan kitchen dining and family room has lots of room for everyone with a second living room with couch and TV. Sleeping 8 adults comfortably with only 2 people per room. If you have a larger family than 8 we do have other sleeping option available upon request. Heaps of off road parking for the boat, caravan or both, on a quite street. Linen is included in the price so if you arrive late you can crawl into a comfy bed and saves you all the washing when you get home. Linen includes pillows, doona, sheets, towels and tea towels. Unlimited WiFi, Reverse cycle air conditioner/heating in living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Kangen Water share available on request. Porta cot and portable high chair available. BBQ and out door seating makes the back deck a lovely place to enjoy the day.

Verry happy with the acomodation, everything we needed was supplied

We had two children aged 3 and 6 and their parents and 2 sets of grand parents and found the layout and room sizes to be good.

Long weekend away

Short few nights away during Adelaide Cup, place was clean and had all amenities required for a convenient stay. Would stay again Thanks Karen for allowing flexibility during our stay.

Great base to explore the river land

The Palms in Loxton was a perfect location for us to explore the river land. The property was easy to access and in a quiet location. Karen was a wonderful host and the home was in immaculate clean condition. We would highly recommend the Palms and would certainly stay again thank you Karen

Perfect Stay at The Palms - Loxton Accommodation

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Palms! The property was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for our group. It had all the facilities we needed, including WiFi, a washing machine, and a dryer. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with plenty of breakfast cereals and the thoughtful welcome pack. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Loxton!

Beautiful place to stay, wonderful amenities and thoughtful supplies. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Owner is lovely and friendly and really adds some lovely touches to the home. Highly recommend!

Good for a few days away

In Loxton for a friend's birthday. Location was convenient to most things. House was neat and clean. Bit of upkeep and maintenance required but nothing dramatic. Well stocked with coffee/tea/sugar/breakfast supplies. Had everything we needed. Check in and communication with host was brilliant.

Last minute booking for a busy weekend

We booked this accommodation for a last minute weekend away for a long weekend. This house is brilliant. This houses owner has out the little extras in that make it the fantastic stay it was. We will definitely be recommending this house to say in to anyone looking to stay in loxton. It’s located not even a 3 minute drive from the town center.

Lovely for a Ladies weekend away

Enjoyed staying at The Palms for a relaxing long weekend away with my elderly Mother, Sister In Law, young Niece & my Daughters.There was ample space for us all, the beds were comfy with plenty of linen and towels provided.The Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Meals & we sincerely appreciated the thoughtful provision of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk & Bickies, as well as a number other Pantry staples.There are 3 steps to enter & exit the property, which my Mother managed with assistance, but would be difficult for those with decreased mobility issues.Karen was prompt to respond to my queries prior to our stay & I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Everything you need.

A fantastic property with everything we needed and in a great position close to town. The only thing missing was hand rails on the front and back steps. This wouldn’t be an issue generally, but my elderly Nan had trouble getting up and down. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Comfortable and functional

It was a comfortable, functional house, but not appealing to be outside at the front or back - all gravel, no greenery. The living areas and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately It was extremely hot while we were up there (common in summer) and the property has no trees, carport or eaves to protect the windows and it heated up very quickly. There are 2 split systems, at either end of the house, but the 2 bedrooms in the middle of the house struggled to get any air. We enjoyed our stay.

Needs a Good Clean!!

NO WIFI !! We were all shocked that there was no wifi in this day and age! And even our data did not work! The oven trays from previous use had not been cleaned and were still in oven, patio door glass was so dirty, the glasses that were in cupboard were so sticky & utensils drawer/cutlery were unclean, tv’s were so outdated and flashed on and off every few minutes. Another reviewer said, this place was so clean…. What??

Our family enjoy staying in home stay accommodation and have decided to provide this to others in the town we call home. Our house can cater for large families, groups or workers needing accommodation with room to move and extra parking for both the boat and the caravan.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The Palms is situated in a new development area and was just what we were looking for with a small garden in a quiet street. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this property is large enough to comfortably sleep 8 Adults with a maximum of 2 people in each room. We have friends with 7 children who struggle to get accommodation so we have a few extra mattresses to ensure larger families can enjoy time away at a reasonable price.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

We provide all linen required and pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you have a look around you may just find some cheeky crocodiles waiting to creep out the cupboard and play with the children in the bath tub. Lots of off street parking including enough for both a caravan and boat behind gates.

This property has Kangen water share available on request.
