Amazing!

What a beautiful house! My family and I had an amazing stay. The house is beautifully decorated and is a real show-stopper. The amenities are fantastic and there is convenient access to beaches and pools throughout the island. The property management company was supper friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Whispering Palm

We had an absolute amazing stay. The home was so well kept and in a perfect location. The entire island is wonderful and we would definitely rent this exact home again. Exceptional quality!

Family and Friends Vacation

We had a lovely stay at Whispering Palms on Seabrook Island! The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was great: tucked away in a peaceful area, yet just a 10-minute drive to the beach. We also appreciated how close it was to several great shops outside the complex. Our only small wish was that there had been some coffee provided, but overall, it was a fantastic stay and we'd definitely return!

Very clean, spacious home in a great location! Quiet neighborhood, would definitely book again!

This house was perfect for our group. Very clean and spacious, all the comforts of home. Great location, short drive to the beach & within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood with nice walking trails. Would definitely book again when in the area.

Our visit to Whispering Pines well exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled to peak in every room upon arrival because every square inch is beautifully decorated. The hosts were prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

What a wonderful home! We truly couldn't have found a more perfect haven--an ideal retreat from the heat and storms during our stay--and a peaceful place to rest our heads after days filled with fun and exploration! Every detail of the home was so thoughtfully prepared--clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention. They anticipated our needs in ways we didn't even expect, which made our stay all the more relaxing and enjoyable. I can't recommend this property enough for any family looking to unwind and get away.

Amazing Spring Break

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Whispering Palms. We enjoyed our stay so much we are trying to get another date together to stay there again! It was perfect for our family and I loved how close to the gate that the location was. The company was also wonderful and provided all the information needed during our stay. Hope to stay again soon!

Great stay

Wonderful house, big rooms, each with a bathroom. Kitchen fully stocked. Had a couple of questions abs response back was quick. Will definitely be coming back!

Very nice house

The house was very nice and provided access to the Seabrook Island amenities. There is a private HOA pool just down the street or less than a 10 minute drive to the beach. Everything in the house was clean and looked very new. Overall it was a great place to stay with my family.

Whispering Pines

Beautiful house, short walk to accessible shaded pool and short drive to marina, groceries, tourist shopping and beach access. Multi-generational family with small children used the screened porch, gas grill, kitchen and laundry a lot!

Gorgeous home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whispering Palms! It was perfect for our two family group. We were impressed by the high end, well stocked kitchen and the kids loved the bunk room (complete with little cubbies with outlets at each bed). The house is obviously new and we could tell that great care was taken with the design and furnishings. The neighborhood pools are a convenient bonus and the Club Lake House is also very close. Thank you for hosting us and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Girlfriends Reunion

Just spent a fabulous week with girlfriends at Whispering Palms. The house was very clean and spacious. The 4 of us had our own space to hide away when we weren't gabbing on the quiet and relaxing screened porch! Five stars to iTrip rentals. They were extremely responsive to any questions, and made it so easy for checking in and out of the rental. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful Home in Peaceful Setting

The house is just a pictured. Everything is new and clean. The host was fantastic. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the two (very quiet) neighborhood pools are 100 years away. The house is well stocked with top of the line bedding, cookware, and products. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, with many convenient access points with good parking. We can’t wait to go back.

Seabrook Island Review

We recently returned from our stay at this lovely home on Seabrook Island. It is a new house with all the amenities that you would expect from a top home. We enjoyed our time there relaxing with family and friends. Of course, we knew the specifics of the home before we booked, If I had one observation about the house is that there needs to be another sitting area/hanging out area for guests. The house sleeps 10 but there is only one sitting area, one couch and two chairs. It would be fine if you were a young family, but we have teenagers, and it would be nice for all to have another space for them to hang out. The outdoor shower was great. The beach club was nice but not great and make sure you put your towels back every day because they are microchipped which seems a little extra to me and I bet that I will have some charges!!! All in all, I would rent there again but would be mindful about their needing to be extra space. It was clean, modern and lovely!

This property is absolutely stunning, brand new, and the home owners paid attention to every detail. You will be so comfortable with the best of everything. My family truly enjoyed relaxing in this marvelous home. It is about ten minutes from the beach so I highly recommend renting a LSV to make things fun. There is a community pool nearby but the beach front pool with the food and drinks is also about a ten min drive (a beautiful drive). I recommend getting the amenities pass. My only complaint is the property management company, iTrip. First, they tried to sell us 2 extra nights at a discount. We would have gladly taken this but the discount wasn't very much. It was still the same price per night. The property was open because they tried to sell us that night the day before. We got there early and iTrip would not give us access to the property even though it was empty and ready . After looking at the small print, iTrip wants you to pay for a full extra night to ensure early access. This is not an inexpensive rental. I would have gladly paid a reasonable rate for the 4 extra hours and asked to. We were traveling with an infant, 3 small children and had to change in the driveway into our beach clothes, change diapers, eat snacks. It was very stressful. Then, iTrip would not give us access to the amenities pass we paid for until our "session started". I would have expected a five-star home to come along with five-star service. It felt like we were being nickeled and dimed.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the home and the Seabrook resort. To address your issues about management we do offer discounts nights from time to time. The discount was presented but from the communications you appear to have confused the pre-tax rate with the post tax cost and believed that the discount wasn't worth booking. We did try to explain this to you in the text exchange but you indicated that your husband didn't want to pay for an extra night. We also understand that travel with kids is stressful but a review of the check in facts shows a different picture from your review. We completed our inspections on the home at 3pm and we let you know the home was available for early check in (at no charge) at that time and that your door code would now work - we even include the door code in that text as ad added convenience. You didn't actually check in until 4:35pm when the lock shows you entered the code on the door. This was after your husband left us an abusive call that you apologized for, ("My husband just left a mean message. Sorry about that.") as you had over looked the door code that we provided in multiple texts and emails, including the text that you were replying to. Finally, you are confusing us with the Seabrook POA Amenity office. We have nothing to do with the issuing of the amenity cards, that is done by the Seabrook POA subject to their terms and conditions which they relate to your when you apply for them. We have no input to when they make amenity cards available.
