I'm so glad you enjoyed the view, the location, and that you found the beds comfortable. I’m sorry about the pet hair and lingering odor, the trouble with the living-room TV volume, and the shortage of towels and supplies. I’ll share your notes with housekeeping and maintenance so they perform a pet-focused deep clean, restock linens and essentials, and fix the remotes. Thank you for the feedback — we’d welcome you back any time.
