Palm Beach Cunucu Villa is a charming Aruban Cunucu-style villa with a private pool. The gated property is around the corner from restaurants, bars, and minimarkets. It is a 2-minute drive to the high-rise area where all the restaurants, bars, shops, and the Palm Beach beach area, or you can decide to leave the car at home and walk within 5 minutes to Palm Beach.



The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and a one-bedroom loft with a private bathroom upstairs. Adjacent to the pool area is an outside shower and half bath as well. All the bedrooms are cozy and outfitted with comfortable bedding, closets, and air conditioning. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and large closet, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a TV, and the third bedroom features two twin-size beds and has a TV.



The upstairs loft is ideal for those who like a little privacy from the others in the house, as they have a private hideaway upstairs. The loft features a wet bar with a mini-fridge and coffee maker, a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private balcony on the front and the back, and a private bathroom.



The house has an airconditioned cozy living room with comfortable sofas and a TV room with a comfy sofa. The living room opens to the open dining & kitchen with a teak wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen has a new stove, dishwasher, and fridge; you can comfortably prepare meals here during your vacation.



In the back of the house, there is a pergola with a view of the spacious garden and a large pool area with ample pool chairs and seating areas to soak up the Aruban sun.
Under the pergola is a large dining table in the tropical garden and a grill for dining and grilling to enjoy meals outside.



There is WIFI throughout the villa, and beach essentials like a cooler, beach towels, and chairs are provided for you to enjoy on Aruba’s beaches!
