SUMMARY

Casita Acequia is a two-story one-bedroom home that is bursting with classic Santa Fe style. Located right next to Acequia Madre on the historic East side, this home offers an immersive experience for travelers who want to experience our city to the fullest.



LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING

The open concept living space is smartly designed around a large kiva fireplace, which features hand carved masks hung above the mantle. The large remodeled kitchen is perfect for any home cook. A separate mini fridge and mini freeze are built into the counter to save space, but offer plenty of storage for a one-bedroom home. Dining space for two is provided.



BED AND BATH

The spacious suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, kiva fireplace, a workspace, and a separate lounging space with a TV. The bathroom features gorgeous white tile throughout, double vanities, and a standing shower with a glass enclosure.



A half bath is offered downstairs.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Both floors offer patios that look out onto Acequia Madre and the surrounding Southwestern foliage. Both spaces are ideal for dining, or simply enjoying coffee or drinks while enjoying Santa Fe’s world-famous weather.

-This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- This owner of the home lives next door and shares the parking area. The spot on the right is designated for you. Two cars can park in tandem if needed.

The casita was one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Very comfortable. The location near old town and plaza was perfect. Walkable if desired. Perfect for a couple.

Tom, a comfortable space within walking distance of the plaza is a hard combination to beat, and it is great to hear both came together for you. Old town has a way of pulling people back, and the casita will be ready when it does.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely casita. Excellent location, very clean and quiet. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for Canyon Road Gallery Visits

Perfect location for gallery hopping, and really appreciated the covered parking. Communication was great and the entire stay went smoothly-- super easy check-in and check-out.

What a spectacular casita! It is perfectly located and beautifully decorated. I love the covered parking right by the door. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe in the Casita and in the quiet and bucolic neighborhood. It was a 5 minute walk to Canyon Rd shops and restaurants and in another 5-10 minutes you can be in the plaza. No need to fight for parki g anywhere!

Wonderful

Everything about Casita Acequia was easy and beautiful. The location was perfect and we wouldn't have changed a thing. This will always be our go-to spot in Santa Fe.

Super nice place. Attractive and comfortable.

This is a quiet, wells-appointed place. Nice bathrooms. Good kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good sheets and towels. Good washer and dryer. Tastefully appointed place. Reading lights on both sides of the bed. Comfortable reading chairs and sofa. Nice views of trees and sky. Good air conditioning. Check in was easy. Property manager replied almost instantaneously.

This is an excellent property for a couple. It’s very well located, a 2 minute walk from canyon road and 30 minute walk from the plaza. It’s a two story property with a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs with a king bed. Downstairs is the kitchen and living room area. It’s well appointed and has a nice decor with a nice touch of southwest I would give this a 9 out of 10. There are some small things that prevent this being a 10. For instance, there are balconies both upstairs and down but the furniture is metal and only chair so you can’t really relax out there. The property is also on acquie madre which is convenient but on the balconies it’s not terrible but there are cars relatively constant passing by. Also the couch in the downstairs in front of the tv is a love seat not a sofa so you can’t lie down and lastly the kitchen is nice and functional but there are white appliances which are not the same level as the balance of the furnishings. These are small complaints and I would recommend this for a couple but prevent it from being a 10/10
