Waterfront Townville Home: Hot Tub & Lake Access!

We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious home and appreciate your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the lake levels impacted the use of the dock, as water levels can vary due to seasonal conditions and are unfortunately outside of our control. We also understand your concern regarding the cameras—there is an exterior camera on the driveway, which is disclosed in the listing and used only for security and property monitoring purposes. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us continue to provide a comfortable stay for future guests.

From the owner: "I'm sorry you had an issue with the hot tub! The hot tub company was out and treated and cleaned the tub the day before you arrived. I wish you would have let us know there was an issue so we could have gotten it taken care of for you right away, and you could have enjoyed it."

Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad the property’s beautiful space worked well for your families and that you found our team responsive. We sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced. Regarding the propane, we wish we had known on your first night, so we could have directed you to the spare tank kept on the property. We appreciate you bringing the waterlogged hot tub cover to our attention—this was the first we had heard of the issue, and it has since been completely replaced. To clarify the lake situation, while seasonal water levels prevent a boat from using the dock, kayaking and paddleboarding are still very much possible from the shoreline. We understand that for the cost of your stay, every detail matters. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother experience in the future, and we would be happy to offer you a discount on a return visit. Thank you for helping us improve!
