The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped - we so enjoyed having bicycles at our disposal.The location on The Esplanade is perfect for beach walks, visiting the many cafes and restaurants, the markets … the list goes on!We highly recommend staying at ‘Sunnynook’

A wonderful place to stay. Great location and a well equipped place. The bikes were an added bonus as we rode into town or along the Esplanade. Communication was excellent and a very easy process to access the property. The swimming pool is right out the front door. Highly recommend.

A homely and relaxing space, close to the beach, cafes etc. Road noise at times so perhaps not ideal for light sleepers but the proximity to the esplanade and the pool at the front door, made up for it. Well equipped kitchen and facilities, board games and bikes all added fun and good times to our stay.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay. The unit has everything we needed and our toddler absolutely loved the pool. The beach is right across the road and lots of good places to eat along the esplanade. We had a great little beach getaway!

Our family stayed here over New Year’s and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic — right across the road from the beach, which made it so easy to go swimming and fishing whenever we liked.The kids were obsessed with the pool, and most of the time we had it completely to ourselves. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay.A big bonus was the bikes available to use — my husband and our eldest had a great time exploring on them.We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again

Easter get away

This apartment is very cozy and welcoming, straight across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. A lovely place that I will use again soon

Sunnynook is a very clean and well maintained unit, inside and out. Even in winter the pool contractor was there regularly. Our hosts have provided everything for the convenience of the guests. Do look in all the drawers, cupboards, shelves and baskets to see how much thought has been put into making it a home. I stayed 6 weeks. On weekdays, there is traffic noise from 6 am so if this would annoy you, the back bedroom is the place to be. There are places to eat within walking distance at each end of the block. The seat over the road is a lovely, quiet place to view the ocean. I can highly recommend a stay at Sunnynook

Beautiful accomodation

I would highly recommend this accomodation.Lovely and clean, comfortable beds.Lots of space and in close vicinity to everything.Just be aware you do have to park on the street.

Easy access to beach, and nearby restaurants. Large apartment with the most comprehensive cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils that I have come across. Only minor issue, doors sticky and difficult to lock (and to remove key). Otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

Great location. We loved having the bikes to use.

The front door was difficult to open and close. We liked the charm and decor with its beachy vibe. The road was noisier than we anticipated.

They've thought of everything!

Fantastic location. Close to all amenities. We were so impressed by how thoughtful the owners had been. Bikes available. Beach chairs and beach towels were much appreciated. There were even books and puzzles for a rainy day if needed..The beds were comfy. We stayed for just over a week. Highly recommended.

Everything you could need

Good bed. Good shower. Nice location. Didn’t use the bikes but nice they were offered. A/C was a blessing. This apartment seems a bit rundown on first entering but after we got used to it we found it very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our time in this place.

Paradise on earth !

Absolutely amazing !! Just a short stroll to the beach and what a view !! The property was spotless ! Loved the deco and the vibe throughout. Jesse, my son loved the board games and the pool. Such a fantastic walk, soaking up nature and the people there are just so friendly. I would love to live there. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and great entertainment too ! Little slice of heaven.
